Very clean and friendly service. Yes it is about 20 miles away from the Sequoia National Park but it was in nice remote town which made it easier! The room was newly renovated and comfortable. Everything was provided. Will stay here again! Be sure to check out Exeter Whistle Stop for breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Started the day great!

We had a really pleasant stay at he Best Western Inn & Suites in Exeter. The rooms were very nice and clean, the Pool and Whirlpool were very clean and inviting. We had a good time there and enjoyed our vacation very much. I would go back there any time.

We stayed here two nights on the way to, and on our return from Sequoia National Park and King's Canyon. The hotel was good in every way, with a surprisingly substantial breakfast. We also enjoyed exploring the town of Exeter and seeing the beautiful murals all over town. A great find!

Near this entrance to Sequoia there are not a lot of hotel choices. This is one of the better choices. While still 20 miles away from the park, it's a nicely maintained hotel. Our rooms and the swimming pool area were very clean. The hotel seems "out in the middle of nowhere" but that also means it's quiet. It was... More

Stayed there one night as we were going to Sequioa National Park. It was very warm outside so the room was a difficult to cool down. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Definitely a good place to stay anytime but for sure if you plan to go thru Sequioa using the south entrance.

This place was newly renovated which make it good to stay. They should have alternate breakfast like one day bacons and the next day sausages. Oh, there is a place call east meet west a Thai and American restaurant. They have a menu in our room and when I called to order the price changes. They claim that the menu... More

Good choice for one night stay to visit Sequoia NP. Check in not particularly friendly but room was above average looking as if it was recently decorated. Room has small table and two chairs which we used to eat a take away from the Pizza place in town. Hot breakfast available in morning and usual breakfast items. Small issue with... More

Sure there are places closer to the park, but you will not go wrong staying here. The pool was refreshing after a long day of switchback roads and tall redwood trees. You are about 45 minutes from the park, then another 40 minutes to get to the central tree area. The hotel was quiet and clean with nice towels (thick... More

I was very satisfied with my stay at Best Western. I had brought my friend all the way from Ukraine and was showing her around California. We stayed in Exeter for a couple of nights and she was very pleased with the hotel stay. I think the only thing we could note is that the breakfast was served only until... More

We spent one night as a layover on our way to Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park (don't bother staying at Wuksachi!). We were happy in every respect other than the price charged for the room. We had booked for $119 but got charged $125. Not a big deal but was surprised by what I consider bait and switch. Other... More
