Needed an overnight stay as had been driving all day. Found this little gold mine. Was 65 dollars a night and very comfortable. Was clean, seems to be newly renovated. Linen and towels were very clean. Bed was comfy, room was spacious. I really enjoyed my night at this motel. Thank you!!!!

Decent motel if you are on the way to Sequoia national park. The motel is next to the main road through Exeter so you will have some trafic noise but overall the place/rooms is pretty good. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance. Wifi is free and of good quality.

Family of 2 adults and two young teens, we were visiting Sequoia National Park. Didn't feel like paying the summer rates of $180-$220/night in Three Rivers. No point. Drive just 30 minutes to Exeter and pay $70 week nights, and $75 weekend rate. Don't get ripped off by the tourist prices at Three Rivers. The hotel is very clean. Two... More

70$ for a clean room, nice swiming pool, ice machine, lcd, double bed. After similar quality for 200$ in Grand Canyon we are very happy. Nice town with pizza and msny more restaurants with no crowd at all. Like it. Near Visalia.

I really loved staying at this quiet little family-run motel. The room was very clean and I felt safe. As a single woman traveling by herself, it is important to feel comfortable and safe in your surroundings, and this place fit the bill. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I was very pleasantly surprised.

great price, ultra clean and walk to downtown. Exeter is what america used to be, and this place reminds me of that. why pay more for less, let's hear it for family owned motels. great place to ride from, great area. good antique pricing, we travel a lot and this is a great place for the money

Nothing special, but a great place to spend the night, get a good shower, good nights sleep, and not have any surprising events. The train is a bit loud, but isn't very active at night, so it raelly didn't matter. Fine place to stay, great value. Exeter is a really nice teensy downtown, too, with lots of nice places to... Not many places to stay here. This one was cheaper. Didn't expect much. Found a clean, roomy room. Quiet and off a quiet street. Manager went out of her way to help us as we were there due to car trouble. Definitely recommended!

Clean enough rooms. Bathroom was small. My wife and I couldn't both fit in there at the same time. The shower was slightly dingy but not scary. The shower head was more like a jet stream. The bed was comfy. If your looking for a decent 1 night stay it's probably a good fit. If your looking for a nice... More
