Booked room for my parents with ebookers at $140 for the night --- after reading the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. Reviewers must be friends of management, or folks who paid substantially less than I did. My parents were hugely disappointed with this property. • Staff was rude and petty. Demanded $1.50 deposit from my mother. $1.50 when she checked... More

Nice hotel - clean, comfortable rooms. The bed linens were nicer than average. The room (with two double beds) was a little on the small side, so for more than two people, it might have been a little hard to get around. We were on the side of the hotel facing the 101, but really didn't hear much noise from... More

The Clarion Resort..."Resort"? ::snort:: - that was my initial impression. But I was very pleased with my overnight stay. The lobby is welcoming and nicely decorated, and the young desk clerk, Nathan, was professional and pleasant. My room (221) was situated as far back as you could get and at first I thought 'great, book on the internet ($89) and... More

We stayed here toward the end of our road trip as we were heading back to Washington. There weren't a lot of options in Eureka and the Clarion is certiainly one of the better hotels in the area. It was a little pricy for what you get but I think that's due to limited options nearby. The parking lot is... More

The Clarion was quite nice, for Eureka. We have stayed in a couple of other hotels in Eureka and this has been our favorite, simply for the cleanliness. The room and large bathrom both had new, modern updates. The room was on the 3rd flr, facing Hwy 101, I could hear the cars but it didn't bother me. Staff was... More

This is the first time that I have stayed at this property. I come to Eureka at least once a month for the past three years. I also usually arive without making reservations. It has been my experience that Eureka does not have "better than average" quality of hotels in the area. If I had a choice, I would always... More

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. They had both a small dinner and a wam/cold continental breakfast with plenty of options. The rooms were clean and well taken care of with updated linens and plenty of space. The wireless was dog slow. Not sure if they were having network issues that night as it did seem out of character... More

My husband and I live in Eureka, but had to stay at the Clarion for 5 days while we had some sewer/water pump problems fixed at home. We had quite a nice time. It was quiet and clean and it offered a different dinner each night at no cost in their dining area as well as breakfast each morning. What... More

Stayed here during our visit to the West Coast. Friendly staff, clean room with large bathroom, free internet access and a tasty breakfast. Everything you want for a fairly low price.
