Wonderful Gem in the downtown part of Eureka. Walking distance to old town and shops I was very happy to walk to dinner. more

The hotel helped us get a great start to our trip. The manager let us check in a little early so that we could unpack and continue on to the Trees of Mystery. The parking is right under the building (on ground level) and the rooms are all up on the second and third floors. We lucked out and got... more

This hotel seemed to us to be a gem among a lot of lesser quality hotels in the area. It appears to have been recently refurbished and our room had beautiful dark wood furniture pieces throughout. The bed was very comfortable and featured a wonderful down comforter. Key cards are required to access the elevators, adding a feeling of greater... more

This hotel was fine for our needs - comfortable, reasonably spacious and quiet. The room was clean and had a fridge. It was easy to find right on 101. There was some noise in the morning but nothing too problematic. Minuses: The breakfast room was small and cramped and the registration clerk was temporarily gone when we arrived. But overall... more

I stayed at this hotel after a long drive from the Bay Area to Eureka. The hotel doesn't look like much from the street but I found my room to be very nice. I had two large queen beds, frig, micorwave and a nice large jacuzzi tub. The overall room was large also. The room was on the backside away... more

First I'll say the bed was comfortable. Normally I wouldn't complain about the noise from a busy street however, the person who booked our room said explicitly that it was quiet; no street noise. Actually, it was like the room was on the sidewalk it was so noisy. The room door opened to the bathroom and sink area, so one... more

This is an old hotel in downtown. The rooms have been updated and it looks nice. The vanity looks like furniture and has a granite top but the bathroom (tub and toilet) was small and in need of a redo! The tub had mildew everywhere and the toilet didn't flush right. The breakfast was very good, waffles, toast (toaster did... more

This hotel sits on a well traveled road and looks like an after thought. But our stay, March 2008, was comfortable, nonetheless. Tthere is noise from surrounding businesses and traffic. We walked into the lobby to book, $90 for 2 queens. Well appointed but no frills. The breakfast was top notch with waffles, cold and hot cereals, sweetrolls, english muffins, biscuits &... more

Every experience we had at this hotel was terrible! We booked over ten rooms here. Seven for parents and four for our baseball team. We informed the hotel before booking that we would have sixteen teenage boys. We started off with a room that, upon entering, had a toilet overflow (it was fixed, but with zero appoligies!). We reported dirty... more

The motel is going through a facelift, but all in all, it is a nice, clean functional motel. No frills, but a place to shower and sleep and a little T.V. The price is good and the staff friendly. There is a security guard in the parking area at night. Dennys is just a block away one direction, and Starbucks... more
