I have stayed at the Town House many times over the last 6 years. I have never had a bad experience. The owners and staff are very friendly and they keep their facility clean. The rooms include a mini refridg, a microwave and coffee maker. The attached, covered parking is convenient. The location is great. You are blocks from the... More

Nothing too special, but reasonably priced for overpriced Eureka, and reasonably pleasant. I've had good interactions with the staff on a couple occasions, and in general it's a clean, quiet and adequate kind of place. Just what you'd hope for from a little motel in a little town. Bonus: the steakhouse downstairs (unaffiliated with the motel) is surprisingly good and... More

We've tried several motels in Eureka, and this is the first one I'd go back to. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. They have also put a lot of effort into security and have a private parking area that is video monitored. My only downgrade is the fact that there are definitely some areas that could... More

Over priced property - almost felt like a motel in the 70s. Everything about this place is old. There was no air conditioning. There was a fan in the room that had not been cleaned in years. The bathroom was clean but old. There is no elevator. Parking was a challenge. If you check in late, you will have to... More

Over priced older property that is far past it's prime. The bathroom was clean and that's the nicest thing we can say. Carpet was old and stained. Bed was not comfortable-- not close. Parking is a challenge. Bums around. We should have paid $30 more and got a nicer place.

From the very time we arrived,we could tell this place was taken care of. The parking area was very clean and well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk, who I assumed was the owner, was a superb host. After a quick check in, he offered us maps, info anything we might need to make our visit to Eureka a... More

I booked 3 nights at the Town House Motel based on Trip Advisor reviews. What a disappointment? I will say the room was clean, especially the bathroom, and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. BUT...the place is sadly in need of updating and renovations, and the location is sketchy at best. The county jail is right across the... More

The owner on the Town House went beyond the call of duty for me. I had stopped there on my way to Mendocino and found I needed to immediately fax some crucial legal documents. They were unbelievably accommodating taking the time to get the right fax numbers and send and receive several faxes. They did not even charge me although... More

We are always happy to go "beyond the call of duty" hhxkekspktkdpe if this means you were satisfied with our "sensational service" as you put it. We look forward to having you join us in the near future so we are able to show you once again that we can be "unbelievably accommodating". Thank you! -"T.H.M., your exclusive bridge to... More

This was our base for two nights while we explored the area. This hotel is especially well located if you are looking to visit old town (historic) eureka. It is on the main road so expect a lot of traffic. The motel itself is not very big. It has this strange set up where the garage is underneath and the... More

You can't beat the price of this place. One of the cleanest rooms I have found. Bathroom was REALLY clean. Candace at the front desk was great whether it was lighting the furnace or giving us a suggestion about place for dinner, she was always smiling and helpful. No elevator is a pain but otherwise it was great for the... More
