This is a delayed review, but just wrote a review about a Motel 6 stay I recently had in Eureka and realized I never rated the Super 8 from my stay last year in May.

This hotel was actually not that bad but to keep in touch with my employer I needed wireless internet access, which they claimed to have and could not provide.

I have a new Dell laptop I bring along on business trips but the first room they put me in I could barely get a connecting signal. They put me in a second room, same thing. We tried one more room that they claimed was as close as one could get to where the wireless router was located almost directly below that particular room, and that room got absolutely no wireless signal whatsoever.

The nice lady at the front desk was very sympathetic and told me that their Internet has been a problem for many guests. I suggested they upgrade to better routers and have them located in areas where all rooms could receive a wireless Internet signal... more
