This is a family run business - and my interactions with the owners were very pleasant. They bent over backwards to make sure things worked. We stayed here one night. The rooms are basic but have everything you would need and are very clean. The bed sheets were the cleanest & freshest I have ever seen - it was a... More

This motel is not fancy, but it is a very clean and tidy place to stay in the lovely little town of Etna. It is quiet and an easy walk to the main street in town - and the brewery:) The price is quite reasonable, the rooms are clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Just stay here... More

While visiting Etna for the first time in many years, Motel Etna was one of two options we had available. This motel was absolutely perfect for our needs. Mind you, we do not live in our room while traveling, so we were not disappointed by any means and don't shy away from the small size of the complex (10 rooms... More

There are no other choices for lodging in Etna so this was pretty much it for us. The motel is very basic, but clean. It is your typical motel and they do a decent job of keeping it up. Do not expect much and you will not be disappointed.

We were in the first room near the office, so we only had neighbors on one side. The room was clean and has a king-sized bed. The handicapped shower was better than others we have used - the water stayed in the shower area. The local diner and historic downtown are a short walk from the motel. This is a... More

This is the cleanest motel room I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, and the setting was peaceful. On the down side, the room was pretty small, and some of the usual amenities (tissues, shampoo) were lacking.

While on a business trip I found this quaint little motel in Etna CA. We were all skeptical but we gave it a shot. It turned out to be fantastic not a lot of frills but the rooms were very clean. The owners were very nice. There were deer in the field beside the motel that was a real treat.... More

A nice basic hotel in an area not well served by hotels. Clean and spotless. With only 10 rooms you are well advised to make a reservation ahead of time. Very nice easy going owners who live on the property.

Very clean motel with only 10 rooms, and the owners were very nice and even loaned me a hair dryer since there is not one in the room. Beautiful view of the valley in a nice quaint town. I will definitely go back!!

Motels are scarce in the area, so we were relieved to come across Motel Etna. Only 10 rooms and we nabbed the very last room, which surprised us since we were traveling off season. The rooms were clean and comfy. No shampoo. Lucky find.
