Even the cheapest hotels offer some type of breakfast. This place called a "Resort" had nothing but hot coffee flavored water. I am a coffee drinker and was not a happy camper when I walked in the cold reception area. I wondered why the place was so empty. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean but our... More

Loved staying at Tuscany Hills Resort! My husband and I came here for a mini getaway for our Anniversary! The room was quaint with high vaulted ceiling and a great view over the pool and golf course. My hubby surprised me with an Anniversary room upgrade with rose petals in a shape of a heart on the bed, bubbly &... More

This place is going down hill fast. I was here for a wedding back in July 2014 the front desk clerk was great. This time a different girl checked us in and looked and smelled like she was drunk. In July the Manager Peggy i think not only greeted us in the lobby, but also checked on us in our... More

This is the dirtiest and worst room I have ever stayed in. We were splurging with spending $169 plus tax a night so thought it would be really nice. Unfortunately, I didn't check trip advisor. The old comforter and decor pillows were so old and dirty. The old bed skirt ripped. The bed pillows were so old. The small frig... More

My husband & I stayed here two nights (yuk) in order to be close to the Wild Animal Park. When we checked in, the room had no Kleenex and only one plastic cup (& no others were ever left by housekeeping -- none); most of the wall plugs I tried didn't work (so the lamps on the night stands didn't... OK - pretty dated room (still a CRT TV, no flat screen - older furniture, older style décor, traditional key to room instead of electronic key card). The grounds are pleasant, a number of villa style buildings with a pretty nice pool area. The lobby is very basic, the customer service pretty good (friendly service, but we were without cable... To start from the beginning, the check-in was absolutely terrible. The Girl at the front desk does not know how to put a person on hold and resolve customers' requests without having to call her supervisor every 5 minutes. They give you pool towels right at the front desk and they are not even folded. THERE IS NO STAFF, BUT THIS... More

This place is extremely dated and smelled musky. We too had spiders in the tub and near the sink. The chair in the room was stained and the sheets had some stains. The bathroom linens were old and stained. Such a waste of money never again!!

We walked in at the front door of room 26 and a giant spider web covered the door handle... walked in the room with spider greetings... accompanied with a musky smell.. dated is one thing but cleanliness is another.. the carpet is stained and spider web on the ceiling corners. Went to check the bathroom and there was two spiders... More

What a wonderful peaceful experience…. Lots of recent remodeling so ask for a suit that has already been remodeled. Loved the soaking Pools and the view of the Golf Coarse. We were offered a Hot Air Balloon Flight and LOVED it !! The need day we went in their Limo Bus on a tour of Local Wineries… It was like... More
