To start off, the hotel is outrageously overpriced. The standard rate is $219. This is not overpriced considering it's in the east bay, but the hotel is right next to a railroad. This hotel is your typical mediocre place, I was comfortable enough until my stay was disrupted by protesters in the front of the hotel! Evidently there is a workers rights struggle happening right now, so I don't recommend anyone to attend until the management sorts out these issues. I'd recommend asking about the situation before booking! more
