We had to stay at a hotel because both the bathrooms in our new apartment flooded!! They were able to accommodate us at the last minute during Memorial Day weekend and also upgraded our room for free the second night because we agreed to stay in a smoking room the first night.

I have now stayed here twice while visiting relatives in the neighborhood. It's located about two minutes from the freeway which makes it very convenient. I had an exceptional trip. This was by far the nicest room I have stayed in, with the best customer service. Although there were issues with how early I was arriving, the entire staff just went above and beyond to help me. They were so genuinely friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Motel was very clean with a nice and friendly staff. My stay here was great. I didn't wake up in time for the complimentary breakfast so i can't rate that experience but the rest of my stay was excellent

I will definately stay at this Hampton Inn in the future. It is conviently located and always provides a clean well fixtured room as well as a hearty breakfast with choices for most tastes. Compared to other comparable Hotels they provide a consistant product and value that is hard to beat.

This hotel was unacceptable. I was cut pretty bad from glass by the pool and the staff didn't respond for about a half hour. There was also cigarette buts all around the spa area. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The check in process was very long and confusing as well.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet for the most part. Stayed two nights no complaints at all. A guy at the check in desk even jumped our car in the morning. Definitely staying here next time I come up.

great staff, great hotel and waffles for breakfast! We were directed to a great restaurant and the help we got from the staff was beyond what we expected. We will stay there again and recommend to our friends and family.

When I made the reservation online at Hampton Inn.com it showed 2 queen beds available. When we checked in the front desk associate said there weren't any of those type of rooms left, but she would upgrade us to a king suite for the same price. Sleeper sofa was fine for my son.
