Even for the price of $90 for a hotel near LAX, stay way clear of it. It looks like a something that should have stayed in the past. The staff where extremely slow. And not friendly at all. The room is deplorable. Tube had mold growing in it. Walls are cracked. I would have went to another hotel but my... More

Check in time was much longer than average with a very long wait. The property is older and very much in need of renovation. There are no quality restaurants within walking distance and eating at the restaurant on the premises was not appealing to us. The bed was uncomfortable and we did not sleep much. The reason we stayed at... More

I stayed one night at this hotel. It is current in the process of being renovated. The drop off area for cabs, cars, etc. is very small and on the side of a very busy street. The lobby is small and in great need of new carpet and renovating to make it more inviting. However, my room was spacious and... More

As we had less than 24 hours between landing in LAX and taking off again, we decided staying somewhere close to the airport was the best option. We also wanted to be close to a metro stop so we could see a bit of the city. Also, there wasn't much point choosing somewhere fancy as we'd probably only be in... More

Couldn't find the lobby with all the construction; then there was a long line to check in. Ugh. All kinds of problems in the room: hard, uncomfortable bed, radio didn't work, shower was difficult to control. It was clean, at least. And I got free parking for 2 weeks. Stay away until construction is complete in summer of 2015.

It's close to the airport, and they will pick you up and take you back, and the staff is friendly, and a 24-hour Walgreens and a big Ralphs (supermarket) are nearby, and the price is not crazy expensive (although at about $100 not exactly cheap either), and AT&T WiFi is included in the price. As for the room itself, well... More

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for three nights while exploring the Los Angeles area over a long holiday weekend While researching options at this price point, I found most places to have some combo of the following: location in sketchy neighborhoods; dirty, smelly rooms; rude management; or broken, non-working utilities or appliances. Good news about the... More

I have been to the Hacienda Hotel at least a dozen times over the last 3 years. The fact that it is convenient, seemingly safe, and pretty clean is enough to take me back there when I get stuck in the LAX area. This hotel is not somewhere I'd plan a vacation around, that's for sure. The employees are always... More

We were put up in this hotel for free after our American Airlines flight was cancelled. It's old. It's dated. There's nothing good about it except maybe there is a shuttle to the airport. And even though American Airlines gave us a voucher for the hotel, the hotel very strangely charged $3 on our credit card. It was after 1am... More

Flew into LAX, and My plane was delayed overnight, and this place was recommended due to its price, shuttle, and location. BIG mistake!!!!! The place is a dive, our room was falling apart (paint peeling, cracked walls), dated furniture and TV, dirty rug and/ or the rug and the surrounding mold was very smelly (place is OLD). Old musty mold... More
