Nice location near Lax, the bed was very comfortable. Front desk weren't to friendly but overall, good place. The pool was nice& the hot tub, but they didn't keep towels supplied very well. Room was clean; and that is very important to me.

Been here several times. Always for the parking, when I leave out of LAX on a trip. This in NOT a place to actually spend a vacation. Rooms are small but fairly clean, and fairly reasonably priced. Checking-in can be a nightmare, as you can easily find yourself 20th in line. Customer service is not a high priority here. Last... More

I just came back from quick trip from LA. Stayed at Hacienda hotel recommended by my friend used live in LA. Yes, location is good. All kinds of restaurant and Ralph (Safeway) grocery store, Starbucks just across from hotel. Court Yard are quite nice, Spanish inspire design. Parking is not inside of hotel, it is right across from this hotel... More

Stayed here for two nights after completed our Route 66 tour. Nice room. Clean, great beds and everything in the room functioning. That the hotel are located quite close to LAX gave us no problems. No external noise. A very good restaurant in the hotel with affordable plices. Efficient and friendly staff. Very nice courtyard to relax, have a beer... More

Rooms were dirty. Building was supposed to be non smoking but you could smell smoke coming through the vents. Tried to leave for dinner but could not get out of their parking lot due to problems with the gate. When my husband complained they gave him another card to try. Still didn't work. Ended up walking to dinner. We were... More

The Hacienda has long check-in and check-out lines, but ok, you can have a nice water and you're waiting in a Spanish style lobby and everyone's nice, many, many International travellers because it's such a relatively good deal. I've stayed here perhaps 6x. Now hotel prices have skyrocketed near LAX and so this was the best value I've found recently... More

I was asked to stay in this place as a meeting was held there. I was amazed that this building has signs all over the place stating that it was built, and still has materials that are conducive to cancer, and other illnesses. I do not know why they have not taken care of these issues. However, the place is... More

Lets start off with customer service. Tried calling twice and no answer. They charge 20 dollars a day for parking. The whole hotel looks old and dirty. The whole room looks like something out of the 90's. You get an old tube TV. I found ONE plug port that was usable (in an inconvenient spot). The room smells like musty feet.... More

We stayed two nights after travelling around Mexico and Cuba. The hotel is a little dated but if you want a new hotel your going to have to pay a lot more. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable and the hotel close to the airport. Our tv remote batteries ran flat and the device man... More
