I have been staying at this Courtyard regularly for over a year and am getting concerned with the deterioration in the rooms and the overall quality. The staff remains friendly and efficient; the housekeeping is friendly and efficient -- its just that the hotel seems to be aging and not as good of a deal as it used to be.... more

Nice enough but unless you get a great price you should look at the Hilton down the street. Rooms here are OK, staff friendly, but I still don't understand why they make you jump through hoops to stay 1 extra hour. Hotels should work around your schedule, not theirs. more

Very considerate staff. Shuttle service is ok - have to ring the hotel first. No regular service. A short walk from Ralphs, some take away shops and the bank. Otherwise, the area is not great. Parking is free! If you have a car and want to be around LAX, this is a good place to stay. more

Had an efficient and convenient pickup from airport using the free shuttle, which is always handy. This hotel was OK. Clean, decent sized room, breakfast was good. This hotel was ok the staff did not seem to have embraced the American customer service ethic, although the night porter Stan was superb. I stayed here on business and had nothing in particular to complain about but nothing to shout about either. more
