I am currently staying in this hotel on a leisure visit. I love the area and the hotel—frequently available as a 2-star on Priceline (LAX) is a gem with few downsides. Arrived a little early but was able to check in right away. When I asked for a different room from what was initially assigned, it wasn't a problem. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I pricelined this hotel for $55, so I saved about half. This is part of the Extended Stay hotel chain, and I am really not a big fan of this chain. Pros: Clean, quiet, very close to Ralphs grocery store, good water pressure in shower, good sized bathroom, comfortable bed, Showtime and many TV channels Cons: Maid service only once per week, (I stayed 8 nights) air conditioner was a bit loud (not a big deal!) This place is fine for what it is. We got it for $30/night on Priceline. They don't make your room up, which was okay with us, as we were busy packing for the trip home.. Stayed 5 nights in December. Got a great $40 rate on Hotwire, worth every penny. Charged $10 / night upgrade to get 2 beds, but the room was clean and smoke free. Supermarket is 150 feet from hotel. Very easy access to the 105 freeway and LAX. more

Stayed there on September 21-22, got good price from hotwire (50$ per night, including taxes), nice clean big rooms, Ralph's market and many restaurants nearby. Very close to the ECFMG center, where I had exam - only 10 minutes walk, no need to use the car. Highly recommended !!! more
