The Barbara Worth Resort was a delight!! The staff is welcoming and friendly. It is truly an oasis clean and well maintained. The hotel is located on an 18 hole golf course with a fine dining restaurant, bar and convention center. The bar has music on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday nights. Karaoke was great fun. Calling this motel a resort is a bit of a misnomer. However, the rooms were large and clean in the "new" wing of the hotel and look out over the golf course. Located just north of the Mexico/California border and about one hour south of Palm Springs is the motel style (two stories) resort. East of downtown El Centro among the agricultural fields of the Imperial valley, this resort offers a quiet holiday with a myriad of amenities.
