Silicon Valley (not SF) has a hotel disease, many are over-priced, old, shabby, and extremely expensive, even the main chains. When in the Valley your only real choice is one of the little boutique hotels popping up here and there or the Four Seasons. Its what happens when you have a wealthy-but-captive audience. The Four Seasons is effortlessly comfortable. Nicely... More

The personal service was outstanding. We had our new grandchild visit for a few days and the hotel provided a crib, diaper bin and toys to make the visit a great success. Front door staff was uniformly friendly and courteous including the offer of a bottle of water and a towel when I returned from a run.

The rooms are very nice except for the views. Besides that, when the person on the floor above you opens the curtains, the chain pull is extremely loud. And no one should ever knock on your door to clean the room in the morning, especially more than once when the do not disturb sign is displayed. I checked, it was... More

This was my second visit to the Four Seasons Silicon Valley. While certainly nicer than other chain hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Westin, etc), it does not meet the standards one who stays at 4S hotels is accustomed too. The location is very strange. You are overlooking the highway and essentially in an office park. I was in a suite, and while... More

We had been travelling at a hectic pace fpr eight days and arrived at Four Seasons Silicon Valley exhausted. Very quickly the comforts of this hotel reenergised us. It's the little touches which make a difference. Each guest is made to feel special with evidence of attention to detail in all areas. The staff are excellent; friendly and professional. Our... In my line of work I travel weekly, this is the best stay I have had yet. I had a little trouble with plumbing noises my first night, and with only the slightest suggestion (I requested earplugs), management moved my room, and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine. They are very attentive to your needs, the pool area is... More

The service is amazing. Your transportation pulls up in front of the hotel, you're greeted by a porter who takes your name and introduces you to hotel desk. I had rented a car through Enterprise and they were all over that. Made it incredibly easy for me. The rooms are nice, contemporary and the bed was excellent. I was traveling... More

Great hotel with great service. The spa is a must. Had one of the best massages. Restaurant is average but the in room breakfast was amazing. Right off highway so location is great for the area. Best place to stay in area.

Very plush and comfortable room. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Great place to stay for business travelers with easy access to 101 but also a short drive (or longer walk) to University Ave and downtown Palo Alto. Service was very attentive. My biggest complaint is that you have to pay (a fair bit) for surface parking in... More
