I chose this motel because it was the closest to the Amtrak station that I could find, and it was an easy walk to the station. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathtub most welcome after a day of walking. The manager was very accommodating in letting me check in early so that I had somewhere to... More

Highly recommended. Once more in five years chose this place for a week of fun and fishing because of its cleanliness, quiet and friendly service. Fluffy towels, coffee taste we like, and quick access to local restaurants. Will book it again on next trip.

I had stopped at the Dunsmuir Lodge (what a mistake) ended up leaving and coming to the Dunsmuir Inn - what a refreshing alternative. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the heat worked (more than I could say for that other place. Highly recommend if you are in the area for recreation. Comfortable beds after a day out in... Like some other people have said, it is a basic hotel. It did have a fridge and Microwave in the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The price was reasonable.

Well situated just off the Interstate 5, this is a great family run motel. Rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable. A real homely feel with chairs and table by the window. On the main road, but quiet. Sounds of trains passing is a wonderful, mild occasional background. Light breakfast is just fine, no frills, but good coffee. Not luxurious... More

This place is just a basic hotel but the rooms are clean and we had a really good nights sleep. The owners are nice and helpful. The location is OK. Walking distance to a store and the historic downtown district. We heard no trains as mentioned in other reviews.

Good value at eighty bucks or so for a clean room near old town. About that train thing...horns blowing at all hours, butt that's not the motels fault it would have happened anywhere in town. Welcome to Dunsmuir. Buy yourself some twenty cent earplugs with all the coin you saved by staying here you cheap bastards. Oh, don't miss Castle... More

My wife and I stayed here on our way to Central Oregon. We arrived just after 9 pm after making a reservation an hour earlier. The staff was friendly and pleasant. This is a very well kept hotel in what appeared to be the heart of Dunsmuir. The rooms are spacious and very clean, our room have a small refrigerator... More

My two friends and I stayed here on the way to The Pacific Northwest. We need a affordable, safe and clean place for the three of us ladies. This place exceeded my expectations. Not only was it reasonably price and clean, but the staff was very sweet and the accommodations quaint. It is located in a beautiful spot with great... More

I recently stayed here on my way to Oregon from the Bay Area. The place feels very comfortable, especially for a woman traveling alone---safe, clean, comfy. I liked it so much that I booked it again for my return trip, and stayed in the same room. The owners are very nice, and clearly take pride in keeping the grounds nicely... More
