We stayed there because we were tired and so were the kids. The hotel was clean. The restaurant was good and a free breakfast with the room was also nice surprise. This is a really nice inn, I loved my trip to dunsmuir, it is so beautiful! The oak tree was quit with really nice rooms. We all found it to be clan and cozy. We ate at the diner which served really good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. more

Room hadn't been cleaned, apparently they don't have full time housekeeping. the waitress and cooks from Penny's Diner clean rooms in their spare time at night. Yuck. Rooms were quiet. The area is beautiful. more
