We spent 5 nights at the Hyatt in Dublin and found the property to be very nice and the people to be very accommodating. We feel it is a very nice property for the money and would stay there again when visiting Dublin.

I came to be accustomed to Hyatt Place quality by now. Location: excellent, next to a mall and a cinema. 30 min or so from Oakland airport. Room: comfort, amenities and noise level: excellent. Staff: above and beyond. Breakfast: above average. Free wifi. A good hotel if you are in the area.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in November with a friend while visiting San Francisco. I chose this hotel based on the Tripadvisor reviews, I wanted some place nice, quiet and clean, and in a safe area of the Greater Bay Area. I looked at hotels downtown, most of them are in the $300-$500 USD range and in the... More

Overall, this is an excellent choice in the area. The decor, carpet and bedding are nice and recently updated. There were a few minor blemished that I always expect in high-traffic hotels such as small carpet patches, but they were few and far between. The rooms were quiet and well insulated from both outdoor noise and room-to-room noise. Excellent free... More

We like to use this property when in the Dublin/Pleasanton area due to its easy access. Just off I-580 we can drive to family’s home in no time or much of the East Bay area. The rooms are pretty basic for this price level hotel with a partial wall between the bed and sitting area and is well appointed with... More

Comfortable room on the 2. floor with kitchenette / living room, bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. Everything is depressing brown/beige, but this seems to be a favorite color combination in the US. Helpful staff, good breakfast, pool, fitness, etc. Bus service is minimal to the Bart station - and it would be good to have some bikes to borrow /... More

We arrived 20 mins after check in but I was told my room we not be ready for 45 mins. The clerk suggested I sit and wait?. There a strip mall next door so my wife and I killed a hour and came back. There was a line because other rooms were not ready. My wife brought 2 drinks while... More

This hotel has gone down the hill in the last four years like you would not believe. There was an iron burn on the couch in the first room they gave me. The carpet in the rooms and the hallways were heavily soiled. There was a brown stain in the tub. And to top it all off, I went to... More

My umpteenth time here and always a great stay. Rooms are large well appointed and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Location close to shopping and a multitude of restaurants. Bianca at the front is very helpful and knows a lot about the area.

Nice and clean room with comfortable bed. Room is very spacious with it's living area with sofa bed, mini fridge and office desk. Bathroom is very small though.Breakfast is the best thing I love about this hotel. It's located at Hacienda Crossing with lot of shops and restaurants, you will never get bored there. Front service is excellent, they will... More
