I love Embassy Suites because you get more for your money, it includes breakfast. It's a beautiful hotel. The room was very modern, I love having all that space. The bathroom was a bit small. The only improvement I'd make is with the breakfast area. It's a little cramped compared with other locations. The staff was very nice. I'd definitely... More

Quality room with quality staff! Was very noisy even though I was on the 6th floor due to all the festiviites going on this paticular Saturday night. I was trying to get some beauty sleep because of my wedding the next day but this was very hard to do due to all the noise and roudyness of the guest. Over... More

This hotel has an open atrium all the way to the roof. The lobby is very large and quite nice. The rooms are clearn and maintained well overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central to many things in the Los Angeles area. Many places to eat in town and several within walking distance.

Standard typical Embassy Suites. Maybe the breakfast selection was a little more slim than the other Embassies I've been to but not enough to make a big fuss. One fuss I will make though is the nonchalant/ blase attitude I received when checking out. I told the clerk that I experienced terrible wifi connection, having to log back in and... More

Very Clean and big suite with living room and bed room. The hotel lobby is beautiful, it is also where it serve free breakfast and free happy hour drinks. Surround by a lot of shops in walking distance. However, night time could be quite noise with the traffic and do not have free internet.

The evening reception is so unique to you..please keep it going...out of appetizers when I arrived. The AM cooked to order breakfast is a customer pleaser..pls keep it. Had to go out our for dinner. Wishing there are more in house restauranrs to choose from. Other wise, one of the best hotels around.

Nikki, Front Desk, is the upmost in professionalism and in guest services. What a nice person! Julie and Kevin, evening hosts, go above and beyond in accommodating guests. The housekeeper was more than helpful in giving me more coffee packets and shampoo. Super clean room! The 4th floor was quieter than the lower floors. Breakfast was made to order by... More

Our flight got into LA late and we were not able to check into our hotel until 11pm. We literally were assigned the last room, 2nd floor room number 224 (I think that was the number), right next to elevator room. We constantly heard the elevator noise going up and down...went to the front desk and the mentioned this fact... More

Love every part of this hotel experience especially the Coi Waterfall and Stream in the middle of the hotel. Had a complimentary Breakfast that offered fresh "home-made" yummy food like an omelet with hash browns. In the evening they had a reception area with snacks and free drinks for about 2 hours.

Very clean, very responsive and helpful staff. At check in we were told about the complimentary breakfast in the morning unfortunately we could not utilize it due to our own timing. The staff polite, bright and cheerful.
