By the looks of it everyone else has pretty much hit the nail on the head when it comes to this joke of a hotel. Don't waste your time or money at this place. I dealt with Summer and was given nothing but the run around. I was promised call back after call back and never received a one. When... more

When we arrived 10:00pm we expected a nice room with a pool or garden view which we paid an extra amount for. In-fact what we received was on the contrary a room with the freeway behind and a wall out the front. I went back to the front desk and kindly asked for a better room. The Manger Summer, was... more

We stayed at the Best Western Diamond Bar while looking for college housing for our daughter. Check in was easy. No problems what so ever. We were greeted with a smile. We had a freeway side room. We knew it was freeway side when we reserved the room so it was not a shock. We used a white noise maker... more

We stayed here for the weekend. We've stayed here a few times before with no major problems. This time, we had ants in the bathroom and a toilet that made constant noise. We checked in late on Friday night, so we just dealt with it and decided to talk to management in the morning. On Saturday morning, we went to... more

I'll preface by saying that I travel a lot and rarely complain about any hotel. That said, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. - They could not find my reservation initially (eventually found it through the corporate site) - the hotel is right next to the highway and they gave me a room facing the highway - I... more

There are doors (on the wall) between each pair of hotel rooms. So two thin doors seperates you and people in next room. The door is clearly not as good as wall in terms of soundproof. As a result, even people in next door talk in normal or low voice, you can hear. Same for the TV, and for when... more

This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever dealt with and I have been to many for softball tournaments. If you like thieves (employees) then this is the place to stay. I called two days prior to my reservation date to cancel. More then enough time for cancellation. I called early morning and was told that she would call me... more

We were in Best western on 259 Gentle Springs Lane Diamond Bar, CA 91765, the owners were very impolite and, the Indian owner ( Manash) worship Rats and mouse like they do in India, we changed 3 room and we saw in 2 of them Rat. We complained and the owner Mr. Manash treats us very bad. We would never... more

I thought my stay was nice enough. I had a garden side room/ courtyard on the ground floor. No noise. I wouldn't want to stay on the freeway side. The breakfast was nice with a waffle maker. The pool is beautiful and a nice place to eat breakfast. The nightclub next door did seem rowdy, but my room was on... more
