My son and I stayed here for 3 nights. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and was really surprised by the high rating on trip advisor for what we paid. I expected pretty nice at $250 per night from Travelocity-not top of the line but much higher than average. The carpets were dirty the tile in the bathroom grimy... More

I stayed the weekend in a villa and it was amazing. It came with a private pool, a hot tub, a yard the size of a polo field, three rooms, and two bathrooms. Stocked with towels, soaps, the whole nine yards. Overall, my stay at the Miracle is one to remember!

The only thing that did bother me was that the ice machines hardly worked. Considering there are only two, I could understand that the supply constantly runs out, but they should really work on that issue. Either buy more ice machines or refill by the hour. The location is in the desert, so having ice for drinks is a priority... More

This is a great place.clean pools many different kinds. It is quiet and not overloaded with day guests. Great value for your money and real friendly staff. Pool side walks you right in one of the many hot springs

Ten of my friends and I stayed at the Miracle Springs Resort and Spa's villas and had the most amazing experience! The villa we stayed at was at close proximity to the Miracle Springs Resort, had its own pool and jacuzzi and had a beautifully green and groomed backyard. The villa at the Miracle Springs Resort and Spa really made... More

I had pre-paid the room and left a card on file. When I got my bank statement $120.00 had been charged. I had not charged anything at the Hotel. It has been a big mess with me having to fax my statement to them. They say they did not charge my card but it showed up on my statement.

Hi, we can certainly check the accuracy of the charge with our Accounts Receivables department. It's an easy check and/or fix. Please email your inquiry to me at reggieb@miraclesprings.com. Take care, Reggie B More

We have been coming to the Miracle Springs resort for the last 5 years. It is the most relaxing place we have found. After two days of soaking in the theraputic waters, we feel like we have been on a week long vacation. I do not want to talk too much, then the place will be always be booked. Diamond... More

My family and I have been going here for years. I have always had the best time, and it is definitely a good value! But my husband and I went for our anniversary last week and it was horrible. We normally get a late check out on Saturdays. Even when they're booked they allow you to stay until 3, as... More

I am very sorry you didn't get a chance to enjoy the pools your last stay. I am also concerned over your view of the restaurant customer service. Do you know who your server was? Our check out time is 11am. We need time to clean rooms for arriving guests. If we let guests check out at 3pm, we would... More

This place is aging and shows it. The elevator was out. The ice maker was out. Pools need updating and maintenance. Everything needs refreshing. There was only one hard-to-see clock in the pool area, and it was an hour off. Pools are not labelled nor are there temperature readings so it's a crapshoot what you're getting. Bed and pillows uncomfortable;... More

I'm sorry that this was your experience. Our ownership team lives on property, we are engaged and are quick to correct any issues. Regarding time clocks and pool temp gauges, we would rather do without and not mess with the beautiful scenery of our 8 hot mineral pool oasis. Also, we check out extra pool towels at the front desk.... More

We did not stay here because we were tripped up in all the hype of Two Bunch Palms. When we return to DHS, we will have our eye on this place. My wife had a deep tissue massage and facial done here all for $175.00. She absolutly loved it. Mean while I hit the cortyard where all of the hot... More
