Hacienda Hot Springs is the perfect getaway from the busy lives we tend to live these days. They have every amenity and have thought of everything you might need for a relaxing weekend. Love the craftsman style and sensibility and the outdoor communal kitchen is perfect for group meals. Don't pass up the morning homemade granola - incredible! I hope... more

My partner and I have tried all of the spas/hotel in Desert Hot Springs and we keep coming back to Hacienda Hot Springs. It's absolutely charming, quiet, the staff (owner - Bill and manager - Lane) strike the right balance between accommodating and just leaving their guests to soak in the ambiance of Hacienda Hot Springs. The rooms are always... more

My friend and I had a relaxing stay at this small beautifully landscaped well maintained and friendly inn. The hot pool, cool pool and traditional sauna were immaculate. Sinking into the hot mineral spa looking at the stars before bed was a luxury everyone should experience. The kitchenette was well equipped. Bring some groceries and don't leave or take the... more

We were looking for a place to relax and we found it. This place is quaint, quiet and very pleasant. The breakfast is excellent, but don't expect it before 9:30! Grounds were beautiful and had many private areas. Massage room and therapists were excellent. Can't wait to return.... more

What a disappointment! Judging by most of the reviews on here, we thought this would be the perfect weekend vacation spot to escape with the stresses of the city. It was quite the opposite. In fact, being there was MORE stressful than being at work! The manager there - Lane - basically attacked us every chance she had. There was... more

I brought family to the Haceinda Inn to re-stress, recover from the aftermath of health related issues. The environment was perfect, serene, and just a wonderful hideaway. We indulged in massage treatments which were fabulous. The pools very refreshing and the hots springs, probably the best water around. The rooms / beds very comfortable. Freshly ground coffee waiting for you.... more

We initially chose the Hacienda Hot Springs Inn to overnite on way to Arizona, even though it was somewhat off the main highway since we tired of chain motels. However,we were so delighted with our accommodations and the staff, that on our way back from Arizona, we decided to stay for an extra day and night in order to better... more

If not for the palm trees you would have a feeling you were in Tuscany but it could be a flavor of colonial Spanish as well. Very clean. The staff, essentially just one person, Lane, was very welcoming. We stayed one night. We had a barbecue dinner on the patio and it was more like we were guests at some... more
