We just completed a one day stay and offer the following- Not sure why some reviewers complain about the neighborhood- no its not Palm Springs, but it was not "scary". The town offers little to no entertainment or good food options. The Spa therapists and Staff were outstanding. The resort itself needs some TLC. The "Spa" building is very nice,... More

Left Torrance and two hours later hit this place for first time. The mineral water is soothing, and truly rejuvenating. We had a basic room without kitchen; very nicely furnished and bed was super. My wife and I both did 90 minute treatments in the spa and enjoyed thoroughly. Like the fact that there are only about a dozen rooms.... More

When you see the pictures of this place on line, it looks amazing. But when nearing the destination, it feels as though you must be in the wrong place. The surrounding area is not attractive and frankly uninviting. Once you get behind the gate, the spa itself is a tiny oasis. There are about 10 rooms very close to each... More

Yes, THE SPRING is in a quiet Desert neighborhood where you wouldn’t expect to find an Oasis such as ours. The furnishings in the Villas are youthful, mostly CB2 and West Elm and we’re certainly sorry those choices are not your taste. The Villa building is a short walk on a paved road and while the raw desert scape is... More

The location is beautiful. It is very relaxing. No children are allowed. The hot mineral spring pools were wonderful. The spa treatments were top notch. I would go back again to soak in the hot mineral fed pools, get spa treatments, and bask in the sun in a lovely location. The rooms were very comfortable. If you stay here....you want... More

I didn't realize how much I needed quiet relaxation until I left the spa. After a stay at the villa (one night with a friend, the other alone) two massages, two body wraps, one facial, gallons of the best mineral water I've ever tasted, and nearly a dozen naps near or in the warm mineral pools, I had new clarity... My husband and I stayed at The Spring for two nights. We loved this place, the people, and the staffs. It's a great place to get away from your busy life and relax in this resort!! The mineral pools in different temperatures are excellent, especially the minerals in the water can ease your muscle pains and calm any skin problem... More

My dearest friend and I stayed at the Spring last weekend for three nights. We wanted to get away and just relax. Upon arrival, it was clear that we were going to be able to do just that -- relax! We each had a pedicure, red carpet facial and Swedish massage. The treatments were wonderful (get DJ for the massage... More

My wife and I participated in an annual Spa Tour in Desert Hot Springs CA as we had heard great things about the mineral springs. We stayed at The Spring Resort and Spa and could not believe what a treat this was. Having seen about a dozen spa's during the tour we feel we chose well with The Spring. The... More

This little (very little!) hotel has everything to be an enchantment but years of lack of good and deep maintenance ruined this place! The rooms, all gathered around the pool, are minuscule. You better travel light because only 2 carry-on or one regular suitcase will fit the "board" where are supposed to store it. Bed is ok but the walls... More

When we first read this review we believed that it was for the wrong spa. If a guest has a negative comment about their stay with us, we take that comment very seriously and look to see if changes need to be made or how we can improve. However, this review is so bizarre we don't know what to make... More

They say the 3rd time is a charm and this is the case in our attempt to find the perfect Spa in Desert Hot Springs. The Springs is a great little get away for relaxation, peacefulness and recharging. The mineral pools are clean and inviting, the ground perfectly manicured with the greenest grass I have seen in a while! The staff... More
