This place was lovely! The hosts were warm and extremely accommodating - you felt like the place was yours. Jaccuzzis, pool, and sauna - as well as coffee, tea, and snacks - were available round the clock. The look was quaint and the place had a European feel - rooms were clean and comfortable. Spa services - massage and facial... more

This place truly had a wonderful ambience and so much potential but like many family-owned businesses out there, there are so many corners cut in order for the owners to profit. The location and views are truly amazing and it is very cozy. The pools/jacuzzis are very nice though I do not think that the water in them are naturally... more

The water in all of our jacuzzis and pool is authentic hot mineral water that is pumped directly from 350 feet below the ground. We have a pump system that delivers the water to all the pools. The private jacuzzis are emptied and refilled with fresh hot mineral water with each new guest. Due to certain regulations the water temperature...

My wife and I recently returned from the Tuscan Springs Resort, and I'm happy to say that we will never be going back. Our Mountain view jacuzzi room had a view alright. A view of condemed houses and broken down cars. Our room was filthy along with the rest of the place. Now I will say the staff was very polite... more

At Tuscan Springs Hotel & Spa we pride ourselves on creating a relaxing and wonderful experience for each of our guests while they visit Desert Hot Springs. I am extremely surprised and displeased to hear that these guests were not happy with their accommodations. Our Mountain View Jacuzzi guest rooms are situated at the top of a mountain side and...

Had a great weekend stay here, really enjoyed it. Great pool and jacuzzis, and nice view of Palm Springs. Rooms were exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful quaint and family-run feel. Similar feeling to a B&B, but better. Highly recommend staying here... more

My wife and I went to a wedding that was taking place in a nearby hotel. We booked the Tuscan hotel so we could walk to the wedding. We absolutely fell in love with this place. There rooms are clean, quaint, and comfortable. The pool and spa will help you leave your troubles behind. The night sky view was excellent.... more

We'd been to Desert Hot Springs several times before, but this little-known discovery was so much more wonderful than places we've stayed before. The views of the mountains, the desert, and the open spaces were fabulous. Their mineral baths were filled with waters from their own private wells. You melted when you got into them. The hotel itself was beautiful,... more

Great mineral water pool options and huge deck overlooking valley. Rooms were VERY clean and nice, great bed, and the continental breakfast set-up was SUPERB! The owners are very congenial and make one feel at home. The facility is much nicer than the outside impression and it grows on you as you stay there. Quiet and relaxing. We looked at... more

This place has allot going for it, but on the other hand it really misses the mark in so many areas that could easily be changed. My boyfriend and I spent the weekend saying "this is nice", but then we would see something else and go jeeze - we are just not sure about how to review it. Since only... more

My grilfrends and I recently booked two rooms at Highland Spring Waters for a "getaway vacation" and we had such a relaxing/enjoyable time! We didn't know what to expect because Highland Spring Waters had cheaper rated rooms so we were a little scared. However, our fears quickly passed as soon as we entered the lobby. The Hotel is a tastefully... more

My husband and I stayed at Highland Spring Waters (it used to be called Highlander Lodge) and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in desert hot springs! The hotel has been newly remodled and it shows! The pools are awesome and the decor is overwhelmingly adorable. Don't be scared off by the front of the hotel because... more
