Love the pool and hot pools and tropical setting. However, they are unfair to tenters. They only allow one tent per sight while the Rvs are allowed multiple pop-up outbuildings. We had to go purchase a bigger tent to stay here as we had 2 tiny tents for my husband and I and our 2 children.

Out family called first to find out out if this was a family friendly establishment... We were so disappointed that the staff came multiple times to our site to tell us we were " breaking rules" We have a VW bus and our two girls have a small 2 man pop up tent. We were told late, in the dark... More

Nothing much has changed. The place is meticulously kept, the pools are clean (and drained daily) and the peacocks and dicks still roam the grounds. The people are very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

This was our second trip to Sam's. The first trip was just a day trip, this time we stayed one night in the hotel. We have three children (4 yr, 3 yr, 3 yr). We really like the warm wading pool, the abundance of shade, lots of grass and picnick tables. We had a nice time on a somewhat crowed... More

I was first introduced to Sams back in the 70s or early 80s. At that time it was nice enough with decent rates. Now $50.00 a night for an RV space? with no discounts like Good Sam or AAA? I think they are getting a little to big for there pants. The sites are nothing great, just dirt, and a... More

I just shake my head at the nasty reviews. If you expect everything to be like home, stay home. I have been here a few times in last couple of years. I have both stayed in an RV site and come on a day pass. I enjoy both! The RV site was fine, neighbors friendly enough. Coming with a day... More

You get what you pay for and even more. For $20 a day per person we had access to a large pool, kids pool, four hot water mineral water pools, sauna, steam room, we also got a table with grill. The facilities were clean, staff was very friendly. We had fun!

It's been awhile since spending time with friends & family at Sams. We had East Coast company come in for a long weekend & decided to re-visit Sams. Was pleased with the clean grounds, lots of grass, shade & sun were both available, and it looks like the pool & spas were recently redone. Very nice atmosphere to relax &... More

Desert life is different. To the average person it'll usually seem harsh, hot and desolate. It is. And that's the beauty in it. Especially in the evening, night and early morning when there's a cool breeze, clear sky, the stars, moon and quite. Sam's is a great place to kick-back and take it in. My family and I camped in...
