I travel extensively and stay in lots of Doubletrees. This is the worst. The photos make it look big and on the beach. It is on a highway and with a train track below our window. Could not open the doors at all. Not very clean as Doubletrees usually are. Staff was "snobbish".

The Doubletree at Doheny Beach is okay - not great. It is near the beach and the park but not on it, and the hotel is situated between two highways, so you are sort of staying on the median. But you do have easy access to the highway.
