My Friends and our kids just recently went to the St Regis for a 3 day cool down from the Texas heat! It was awesome! We loved the rooms and most of all we loved the feel of the hotel. They were very accommodating and most of all our kids loved their beach club. NOT for the thin wallet, but... More

Great stay; business and my wife joined me. The staff are the best in the industry... friendly and helpful (without holding out a hand). Already looking forward to a return trip.

We stayed here at this resort last year, decided a change from Ritz Carlton would be nice. This property, in my opinion, is definitely better than the Ritz, it's downright gorgeous with the same, if not higher, feel of luxury. The rooms, amenities, and ambiance of the hotel is great. However, we went with our two boys, and this resort... More

We usually stay at the Montage, but recently had issues with the quality of the food and its cost. Spent the weekend at the St Regis and really liked it. First off, the rooms are nice - but they tend to be a bit overfurnished and feel a little out of place in this type of resort. Other than that,... More

The St. Regis, Monarch Beach is an outstanding luxury property. The site offerings and the staff professionalism provides its guest with a wonderful experience. I have stayed at this property well over 10 times in the last 5 years. Its is always my first choice. The rooms are well appointed, the dining options are diverse. The property is ideal for... More

First the bad: Asked for an early check-in when i made a reservation because of these nightmares i read about here. Didn't do any good. I came at 2:30. They said "it's not ready, we'll call you on your mobile." Well, around 5:15, over an hour of when our room is supposed to be ready, after several I'm sorries and... More

Such a gorgeous get away. Costs really add up but if you don't let it get to you it is a really peaceful and beautiful get away.

The Hotel is beautuiful....so much potential-if they don't restructure management-there will be little hope for this place. People will come once and never return. Let me explain why....we were gathering (approx 40 people) for a family party-which began at 4:00. We arrived at 2:00 (wating in a long line for check in) only to be told that our room was... More

We are Starwood owners and used points to spend July 15-18 -- a very busy weekend. There was a line at checkin but we were greeted immediately and offered water while we waited. We were assigned a garden view room on the first floor of the property and we were very disappointed as we looked out on a stairway leading... More

I've stayed here 4 times and it's really lovely. Though I've only received my high floor request one of four times the rooms are very nice. The view from the patio restaurant/bar is great. It's a bit of a hassle to get to the beach as you have to wait for the golf cart shuttle but once you get there... More
