We stayed for a few days over the holidays while visiting family in Los Altos. Our rooms were very well appointed and equipped. The staff was very responsive with extra coffee pods for the mornings, etc. The hotel was not busy over the holidays so we had ample access to wifi and no crowds in the breakfast or happy hours.... As with Grand Hotel at Sunnyvale, this one has the weakest wifi ever. I had to stand near to the door into my room to get a 2-bar signal strength. And when everyone logs in at night, I just cant do anything with my email. Room was ok, and its location next to I-280 was the only nice thing about... More

We had just come off a stay several weeks prior at the nearby Cypress Hotel, so unfortunately, my observations are inadvertently in comparison to our experience there. To begin with, we flew into San Jose and when I called the hotel to request that we be picked up (what I was told to do when I called several days prior... More

The overall experience with this hotel was very good. The room was very big with a huge and comfortable bed and big TV. The breakfast choices were diverse enough and WiFi was also complimentary. What I liked the most was the heated swimming pool and spa, open 24h. Even though I haven't used it, they have a limousine service from... More

The Cupertino Inn can have an unfair reputation locally when infact its a great hotel. Sure there isn't a restaurant or bar but for overall value it does a great job. The rooms are spacious meaning the separate lounge and large bathroom gives it a feel of a appartment rather than hotel. The service is great with the staff always... More

I've noted that this hotel is rated 4th out of the four hotels in Cupertino. That rating must be based on something other than the comfort and amenities. Perhaps location. I loved this hotel so much that my first thought was, I want to live here. And I still feel that way. The hotel was most obviously built in the... More

This is a great hotel! The rooms are huge, modern, and clean. I stayed here a few years ago before it was renovated, and thought it was ok. They have completely renovated the place and the rooms look beautiful, and the prices have not really changed...a great value! In addition, I was in town for a wedding and the manager... More

I have stayed at the Cupertino Inn numerous times for business. The staff has always been nice and the rooms have always been clean. This is not a fancy hotel but not bad for business or family stays. They have free wifi (connection is not always great), free breakfast buffet (not bad) and free drinks in the evening (always nice).... More
