Came here for a business trip about two months ago, meant to write this up then but had no time. Anyway, had informed the check-in desk that I would be flying in to Cupertino early (10am) from Philadelphia, front desk had informed me that this would be ok, and that I would have my room. I get to the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel last weekend. Apparently, the hotel just changed owners so going through a transition period. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and conveniently located. Offered a white and red wine tasting, which was good. Also, there was infused water and coffee available in the lobby. Only complaint was finding the driveway to enter the hotel! Parking... More

I have never been so lied to about what I was purchasing. Avoid at all cost. I cannot stress this enough. First time I've ever left a hotel and sincerely wanted to demand ALL my money back. Seriously that bad. This isn't sour grapes at all. I asked for a junior suite that was supposed to have many amenities including... More

We stayed for 2 nights over a weekend and really enjoyed it. The evening wine sampling was exceptional! They offered a white and a red and the area is very comfortable with a gracious host. The infused waters at the entrance was a nice touch, very much appreciated after a long drive. Friendly staff and beautifully appointed rooms. Would certainly... More

Every 18 months or so, since 2005, we've been staying at the Kimpton Cypress Hotel. We were there three weeks ago, and there was no hint about the pending change from Kimpton Cypress to Hilton Juniper so this review might not be applicable under new management. The Cypress is a lovely boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. The rooms are... More

One of the best, most elegant hotels I have stayed in. Close to Apples campus and not far from a lot else. Delightful to Walmart round.....but very busy in most respects. A most pleasant experience....and truly a Kimpton experience!

Very nice hotel, great customer service! It has free parking lot and a Starbucks just across the street, It's also near to a organic supermarket which was quite interesting. There are many shops nearby like Staples, TJMax, Target. And places to eat.
