Cupertino is a lovely, family friendly location with great restaurants and shopping locally. Much more low key than San Francisco with a different and more relaxed vibe. The Juniper has access to an outdoor swimming pool which is a short walk away and is fantastic for children. Happy hour between 5-6pm is a lovely end to the day and the... More

Super clean tooms, excellent bedding, soft dawn pillows, nicely pressed sheets, new towells. No funny smells :-). And yes, tub drains perfectly. Enjoyed the 5-6 pm social hour with a good glass of wine. Will surely stay there again.

This review is based on my experience with Kimpton Cypress as a frequent business traveler for past 3-4 years. It has recently been purchased by Hilton and renamed Juniper. I will submit a separate review if things change. This is my favorite hotel in Cupertino and deserving of a 5 star rating. The only time I don't stay here for... More

My wife and I wanted a brief getaway, and found that out favorite brand, Hilton, had opened their new Curio line at the Juniper in Cupertino. As I am a frequent Hilton business traveler, this was a nice opportunity to check out the new line. Apparently, there were a couple of weddings going on during our stay, and some of... More

The Cypress Hotel became Juniper Hotel under Hilton on June 1, which is good for those with Hilton Gold membership or above since there's a choice of free breakfast. PROS: The breakfast is good, there's a choice between continental breakfast or $10 off other menu items. but it looks like the staff still needs to be trained on redemption of... More

I recently stayed at the Juniper hotel for one night for a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very helpful. Check-in was smooth. I stayed in a queen room which was very clean. The hotel shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at SJC, which took away the additional stress of getting a taxi... More

Arrived around 9am with the expectation of having to wait several hours for our room to be ready. Checked in with reception to let them know we were around. Had a very nice breakfast in Park Place and not long afterwards a reception staff member found us to say that a room was ready - truly exceptional customer service and... More

Came here for a business trip about two months ago, meant to write this up then but had no time. Anyway, had informed the check-in desk that I would be flying in to Cupertino early (10am) from Philadelphia, front desk had informed me that this would be ok, and that I would have my room. I get to the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel last weekend. Apparently, the hotel just changed owners so going through a transition period. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and conveniently located. Offered a white and red wine tasting, which was good. Also, there was infused water and coffee available in the lobby. Only complaint was finding the driveway to enter the hotel! Parking... More

I have never been so lied to about what I was purchasing. Avoid at all cost. I cannot stress this enough. First time I've ever left a hotel and sincerely wanted to demand ALL my money back. Seriously that bad. This isn't sour grapes at all. I asked for a junior suite that was supposed to have many amenities including... More
