We stayed here three nights, and even though it's close to 405 it was quiet. We chose it because it was central to the museums we wanted to visit. To the northwest is the LA County Museum of Art -- that was the first day, and we used surface streets (allow for rush hour on return). Day two we headed... More

Our second visit to this Travelodge, so we knew what to expect: very spacious room with a king bed, sink outside the bathroom with multiple storage shelves, safe, micro, fridge, large flat screen TV, desk, room divider, then full-size couch, coffee table and chair and still plenty of space to walk around and store all the inevitable tourist stuff. The two large king beds and one sofa, with frig and microwave, were a great find for this area. What a large room and great price! Room was up-to-date, clean, and modern. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable when we had a request, and the kids enjoyed the fresh chocolate chip cookies and taffy at... More

Great location-- close to Venice and Santa Monica beaches and central L.A. Very reasonably priced, spacious room, good diner with $5 breakfast vouchers (but you'll spend more than $5 per person for breakfast.) Quick check-in, pleasant staffers. The only issue is the room is dark (needs more lamps, plus a dark color scheme) with dated décor, making it a little... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2014. The first thing you get when you walk in is the room smell which is very strong. It's a deodorizer smell that lingers for a long time. Staff were good and let us check in early . Bed was comfortable and kitchenette was basic. Parking was very busy but mostly had... More

We were looking for reasonably priced hotel in the Culver City and we were so pleasantly surprised! The room seemed to be recently renovated, beautifully done. The wood furniture was older and a bit worn looking in places, but sturdy. We were shocked at the size of the room. A partition separated the spacious "living room" from the large king... More

This newly-renovated motel features improved amenities and friendly staff. The amount and quality of towels is basic. Assuming that improvements will continue this venue could be a positive contribution to the revitalization of this area. Nearby attractions are easy to access from this location.

Convenient to LAX, the 405, the 10 and beaches. Rooms are not fancy. They are clean and beds very comfortable. Great prices. Breakfast voucher for adjoining Metro Cafe (excellent food). Have stayed here 4 times and service is consistent.. There is no pool or garden area to relax by. Anderson lumber is located near the rear of the hotel. Can... More

We stayed here while passing through L.A. We chose this hotel because of its location, and because we wanted 3 beds. The location was very convenient: right near the 405 freeway, with about a 10 minute drive to the airport (non-rush hour). Close to Marina del Rey, and easy to get to Venice, Santa Monica, and UCLA. We didn't have... More

We stayed at the hotel for a week. It was comfortable with a partial wall between the sitting area and the bedroom, so we could maintain some space and privacy from one another. I was traveling with my mother and teenage son. Space and privacy were important. We took public busses to several destinations, and the hotel was conveniently located... More
