Paid alot for the room but not complaining about the price after all it is a pretty nice suite. I checked in and was given a room. The room was dirty, including hairs in the bathroom an mold on the grout. cobwebs in the ceiling corners and dishware left for me was still dirty. In the morning after the first... more

Things have changed. No free breakfast unless its part pf your room fees. $8 for continental breakfast. NO thanks! $10 if you wants a "hot" breakfast. Eggs cooked to order and bacon, sausage and hash browns. The large seating tables in the dining are gone, just tables for two chairs. Is Radisson trying to tell us "NO FAMILIES WELCOME?" more

Breakfast was awesome. Hotel was in the process of being renovated. Check in was smooth. Had to change rooms 3 times during a 10 night stay. One morning maintenance just walked in without knocking! He didn't even say he was sorry. He just ran! Hotel Manager stated that I was staying in a room that was blocked for renovations! No... more

Bit Dated but the room was large and clean although we had no hot water. Only one Restaurant on site and a bit pricey. We went to the Marie Callander the 2nd night (short walk) very good. The breakfast here was dreadful - all Polystyrene and the only milk was in small cartons - needed to open 10 just for... more

It was sweltering hot outside, the airconditioning did not seem to work. Called reception, they sent a maintenance man to check, he said it should cool in a few minutes. No cooling. The room was nice but without air in the midst of summer makes for a negative experience. Will not return to this hotel again more

Not only is the hotel a bit run down, but apparently their staff is as well at least those that we dealt with. Watch yourself with the catering mngr. She will promise you the world for your event but won't deliver. Then when you try to speak to the management about problems with the catering department all they do is... more

We visited this hotel when my son was competing at the Mt. Sac Relays in April. The rooms by the pool were under construction and we got a 3rd floor room which at first we were not sure about as the bedroom faced the parking lot. It did not matter. The spacious separate living room, two tvs one in each... more

We stayed at the Radisson Suites Covina for four nights this month. We had stayed here a few years ago as we have family living nearby, so this was a very convenient place. It took us a little time to find the hotel, but that was my fault for not checking the exact exit off I-10 on the map. We... more

Despite making reservations well in advance, we got stuck in a room near a very high traffic area of the facility, making our stay anything but quiet and peaceful. Our bad luck- there were multiple high school sports teams staying there, so can't really blame the hotel. However, being repeat customers for multiple years, I tried to discuss my dissapointment... more

I booked with some strong reservations, but as I have had mostly good luck with Radissons in the past I figured I would chance it. The hotel is kind of quirky to find, but is close to plenty of restaurants and a shopping center via an I-10 frontage road. The hotel itself is older but as most others have pointed... more
