I was visiting Claremont for a graduation ceremony and needed a no-fuss hotel. The Park Inn was a pleasant surprise based on the reviews I saw here. We first were given a room on the third floor with the bedroom facing the freeway and it was a bit noisy after the first night so we asked to switch rooms. They... More

How can a Radisson be bad ... Four Asians sitting under the walkway by the pool smoking so the second hand smoke is in your room. Mold on the shower walls ... Mattress is hard as plywood and to top it off the coffee maker in room 262 would not turn on ... I let the front desk know and... More

This is the dirtiest, smelliest hotel since a Red Roof Inn in Texas (1 star) TV not working, carpets so dirty I wear my shoes in bed! Mold in bathroom....and I am not sqeemish, or I would not frequent Red Roof. This hotel is a disaster just waiting for the wrecking ball, and you call that 3-star? You owe me... More

My husband & I stayed 1 night. I didn't bother to look at reviews because we had stayed there 15 years earlier when it had been an embassy suites. The price was good at $76.00. When you initially drive up, you are impressed, Spanish Mission style with a nice lobby and what seems to be a nice steak house. While... More

Usually we stay in lower priced motels. Got this one through a name-your-own price site and wasn't sure what to expect. It is exceptional. The "room" is a suite with separate bedroom, two TVs, plush appointments. Very nice. There is a large well maintained pool and other upscale amenities.

This is an ex Embassy Suites property. The rooms are two room suites and very large (sofa bed in living room area, refrigerator, and microwave. The furniture is a little older, but the property is really nice (great pool & jacuzzi area). The location is conveniently located adjacent to the freeway, but we didn't hear any freeway noise inside the... More

We stayed one night in this nice hotel. Location is not so perfect, since there are hardly services on the walking distance. Lobby looks marvellous. Excellent customer service. Rooms were huge with separate bed room. Nice swimming pool on the inner yard. Free parking. Breakfast quite poor. Would have expected more from Radisson brand's breakfast. Nice hotel to stay.

We were in the area visitng colleges and want a nice base camp hotel - and thought that the Radisson Suites would be a great option. I guess that the Radisson is buying up old hotels and using their name to market them. The place was clean, staff was nice, but it was a 1950's hotel with was new finishes.... More

The Park Inn in Covina is actually a 1.5 to 2 star hotel – definitely NOT a three star hotel!! This hotel is the same quality as a Days Inn or Travelodge. Horribly slow internet – and very unreliable – you’ll have to sign in multiple times each day and the signal will be lost multiple times each day. Most... More
