This is a very nice hotel to stay at. Prices are great here, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the entire property was well kept and clean. the location is also great there are conveniences within walking distance and a very short drive to the Beach!! i would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to... more

We have been staying in this hotel for the past 5 years -rooms always clean, staff always helpful. Perfectly located for beach, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza etc. Will always stay here-particularly as the parking is free!! more

This was the most FILTHY room I have ever stayed in. My 8 month old had black on the top of his knees to the top of his feet from crawling on the floor. My husband and and I had black at the bottom of our feet!! All the lights were out in the living area so we didn't notice... more

This was our 2nd visit to this location, didn't check the bed for critters and my son was bitten up on both legs. Boy have I learned my lesson, I will always check from now on. Despite this incident, the place is decent and is convenient to everything. more

This hotel is in a good location for access to Balboa Peninsula and Balboa Island. We had a comfortable stay here, just be cautious if you own a sports car as the driveway has a big dip as you exit and every time we exited the parking lot our cars front end would scrape no matter what angle we turned... more
