I stayed here for 1 night using Starwood's C&P program. As a Platinum, I did not get any discernible upgrade. Like most US Westins, there was no Club Lounge. The lobby and bar areas were quite clean and inviting. The room itself was showing it's age. I had been here back in 2003 and it was pretty good back then.... more

The rooms were clean, the double-headed shower is fun, the beds were comfortable, the restaurant in the hotel (though expensive) was good, the coffee shop was convenient, it was right next to a mall (yay!), and it was right next to the freeway.
