Somehow, the vibe was not hotel-like. It seemed more like a banquet facility than a hotel, which is not surprising, because the lobby was literally swarming with people for conventions, weddings, etc. It was so crowded, people literally bumped into each other. The front desk people seemed distracted, even when it was quiet. And we didn't get the room we... more

I had to use this hotel since my conference was actually being held here. I thought the decor was nice and room service quick. (I used it one night). I stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days and found everything to be good. Nice size room with small balcony- mine faced the parking garage but I could see the mountains... more

Hotel is a solid 4 star hotel. Designed for business travelers, but fine for a personal stay. Room was very clean, a little worn but not significant. Bed was excellent and linens very nice. No complaints about the room. Had a glass of wine at the bar and breakfast in the restaurant. Both very good. Good location, a few blocks... more

Hotel is very nice - its a Hilton, what do you expect? But the location is so bland, it could be in some distant subburb of Cleveland from what I could tell. I suppose most people are there for a meeting or event so there is no need to ventue outside. more

I always find it hard on deciding how to rate on tripadvisor. This isn't a 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills, but at the sametime it is 5 stars for what I paid and for my expectations. I got it for like $60 on Priceline in June. I stayed for 2 nights before heading out to Vegas. I had read... more

After reading numerous reviews, not all of them complimentrary, I wasn't sure what to expect of this hotel. However, the experience was so GREAT that I was pleasantly surprised,to say the least. Everything, from check-in to check-out , was wonderful. The rooms were clean & spacious. Housekeeping gave us all the extra towels we requested in a VERY short time.... more

We stayed here for 2 nights while on a 2 week trip to San Fran, Las Vegas and LA. We had stayed the previous night in Days Inn santa Monica and didn't like it, so we loved the Hilton and when we moved on to our next hotel (Hotel Menage at anaheim) we wish we had just stayed on at... more

I have to agree with some of the other postings in terms of this being a pricey hotel. However, when compared to the other hotels in the area, it's around the same price. I actually moved to this one after spending a terrible night at the Wyndham, Orange County (see that review). Bottom line is that his a solid 3... more

Luckily we got a great deal on this hotel through Hotwire because I don't feel it would have been worth the full cost we saw listed on the Hilton web site. I've stayed at a number of Hiltons for conferences and this would rank near the bottom of the pack. I wouldn't say it's a bad place, but nothing made... more

Stayed here June 9-13 for a (teacher) conference- paid 179 per night. As with most hotel chains, the higher up on the hotel "ladder", the less you will get included. (Internet, breakfast, etc.) We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice, but generally elected to run across the street to McDonald's (we are only reimbursed lodging expenses, and not fully at... more
