The hotel has a shuttle that picked me up from the John Wayne Airport. It runs every 30 minutes. When I checked out, I was taken back to the airport. That is really a plus! The room was beautiful with flat screen TVs and other amenities. The hotel also had an area for computer use. It was truly a wonderful... More

Average, in the true sense of the word. It's not bad, it's nice, but not great. The hotel shows it's age in architecture but is well maintained. The restaurant had good food but is a bit pricey. The rooms are OK but nothing special. There is some really fun places to eat within walking distance. They're like little restaurant villages,... More

Being a Hilton Honors member, I requested for extra pillows before checking in. Got to my room, no extra pillows. Tried to check in at 3:00 pm, room was not ready until 3:30 pm. Lara or Lana at the reception desk was excellent. She was courteous and remembered that it was my birthday. 😁. I was placed in the highest... More

My Room was given to some one with a close but different last name. Only the first 2 letter of my last name were same as the guest occupying the room, but they were totally different names. I approached the room and tried opening, only to see a gentle man opening the room and I realized there is a couple... More

Very expensive for the bar and eating. $8.00 beers and $12.00 margaritas at happy hour. We were there for a convention and there were several problems with the hotel's audio visual system. The air conditioner in the room seemed to malfunction. The thermostat read 68 but the room felt like 80. The escalators were out of order causing long delays... More

This is a very clean hotel with pleasant and friendly staff. The room was more than I expected. Great place for business meetings, weddings and more. Food was excellent. Go check this place out. There are event room on main level and more in there lower level. The executive level had even more benefits than expected. Well worth the price.... More

Tina W. I could not have said it any better, thank you for the recommendation. South on Bristol are The Lab and The Camp. The Lab has the kinds of shops you’d likely find on L.A.’s hip Melrose Avenue; Klein Epstein & Parker for men and vegetarian Seabirds Kitchen are new. Opposite is the Camp, set amid woods, aluminum and... More

Some of the rooms are situated over ballrooms where parties with bands are held. Bands playing until 1:00 A.M. are not conducive to sleep for conference goers who have 8:00 AM meetings. The design of the hotel is very confusing for learning your way around as a first time visitor. Also the elevators will not move if other guests press... More

We certainly understand your frustration regarding the noise from the event downstairs and that surely was a mistake on our part to place you in this room above the event. We apologize for this and will make note with our staff to empathize and anticipate all our guests needs. We hope you will return and see how wonder our hotel... More

Stayed here for one night. The room was dark and hard to study in , the bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet for being so close to busy roads. I'd skip breakfast. Between the Parking and Breakfast and the room I spent almost 300 bucks. Not really worth it.

The room should have been a quiet room. I complained to the manager twice and he stated the second time that we would receive 50% off the room price for that night. At 1:30 a.m. the party's band finished but i missed my sleep that night and I missed part of the conference I was supposed to be there at... More

Pretty standard for a Hilton Hotel. The rooms are nice and comfy, great staff and service, and great location. The main draw back was the distance of the elevators. The elevators were so far from our room. There's only one elevator bank, so don't forget anything in your room or you'll be taking a long walk. Otherwise, we were very... More
