My husband and I and several members of our large California family have enjoyed staying at The Inn at Rolling Hills for many years as we travel back and forth to various destinations in Oregon, Washington, and even further north! The Inn is a long day's drive (approx. 8 1/2 hours) from the Los Angeles area through the Central Valley,... More

We stayed two nights at Rolling Hills. The first night there we had dinner at the buffet in the casino. The food was barely warm, although was well prepared and there was a good variety to choose from. We had a free breakfast at the buffet the next morning, and again the food was barely warm--the biscuit wasn't warm enough... More

Mary, I am very sorry to hear about your experience at the casino. I will be sure to pass your comments along to them. I hope that everything to do with your room and the hotel itself was satisfactory? The hotel is not owned by the casino, and we have no control over the food service, but I usually hear... More

I travel from WA to southern CA frequently and travel with a small dog. Lee and others are always very helpful in assuring we receive individualized attention. They almost always are able to accommodate our special request of a pet room. I also prefer a specific room and they really do their best to assure me of that room. My... More

While deposits and pre-authorizations on your card are pretty standard, I apologize that you felt belittled here -- that's the last thing I want you to feel. That said, I can't find records of your stay with us. Would you mind giving us a call at (530) 824-8300? I'd like to look into the dates of your stay and make... More

I lived in Redding but spent a night there for the Realtors Education Day Conference. I was at the conference all morning & on our lunch break, I checked out. Very disappointed, they charged me additional $50 for checking out an hour late. I tried to explain to them my situation but they are firm with their $50 dollar late... More

Well, if you're disappointed, I'm disappointed -- your stay should be relaxing, even if you're here on business, and I apologize for the misunderstanding about checkout time. Our check out times are posted when you make a reservation, on the keycard holder you receive at checkin, and on the back of the door in your room; I'm sorry if that... More

There is an elevator for those on the second floor. next door is a RV/truck parking area with a building for laundry, showers,... More
