My boyfriend was sent to Coalinga for work, and was staying at Harris Ranch. I decided to take a trip to visit him and stay for a few days with him. We had a second floor room that faced the pool, and the spa/jacuzzi. The room itself was nice, nothing fancy but was pretty up to date. I did feel... More

This is a very nice place to take a break from a long drive. The staff is friendly, the restaurants are very nice. The rooms and furnishings are a little dated and rustic but very clean with nice amenities. The swimming pool is glorious! My husband and I had it to ourselves for a leisurely hour of lap swimming in... More

I have stayed at the Harris Ranch about 6 times since 2000. Hadn't been there in about 5 years and was happy to be back. Staff is always so friendly and the restaurants are great. Fresh fruits and vegetables and the bakery is wonderful. The rooms are not the newest but they got rid of the bedspreads so that is... More

I received a free night as a birthday gift at this hotel. I had one of the most relaxed, comfortable overnight stays compared to any hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and charming with the rustic decor. The bed firmness and comfort was just right. The a/c kept the room perfectly cool and was very quiet. The pool area was... More

As my wife and I get older we find the 7-hour one-way trip from our home in Apple Valley to the Bay Area a bit more daunting, so we have taken to staying at the Harris Ranch Inn, located at the midpoint of the SF-LA road trip. The hotel is clean and fairly luxurious although it could stand to be... More

We recently stayed at the Harris Ranch Inn, as it is a nice halfway point between northern and southern California. The place is like an oasis in the middle of nowhere, with nice grounds, parking and amenities. The rooms are spacious and neat, with tidy bathrooms, including granite countertops and tiled shower. There is coffee maker in the room but... More

It's the best hotel along Interstate 5 North of Valencia to Santa Nella, but that's not saying much. It's more like a dude ranch, since the super fresh and tasty beef they serve isn't far away. Unfortunately, for the spoiled city slicker like myself, the dusty air, spider webs on the ceiling, and stained mattress base cover kind of put... More

We have reviewed before . Stayed again on July 30. Long trip from OC with really bad weather on the Grape Vine. Over all the room decore is "limited" not worn but not what you would expect from the exterior appearance . Still a nice stay....clean, quiet and restful. We stayed on the 3rd floor this time and total quiet.... More

After driving more than 600 miles from central Oregon, my wife and I stopped at Harris Ranch for the night. We looked forward to a quick dip in the pool, then order room service, rather than go to the on-site restaurant, and go straight to bed before another long drive the next morning. We called down to order a light... More

we spent one night with two adults and two kids. Clean room, large pool, and great steak and services. Smelled animals in the night, but not from inside building. Great place to have some rest between NoCal and SoCal.
