In 104 heat our A/C went out in the middle of the night filling the room with a bad electrical short smell. Manager replaced unit but would only adjust bill by $10, then $20 when we objected. Considering there are two moderately priced hotels within a few blocks of each other, I highly recommend that no one stay at the Best Western Clovis Cole. Was here one night with my son, place was clean, had easy access and was a bargain for the price. Only downside was not being able to check in until 3pm. No reason to spend more at the Comfort Suites if money is an issue. more
