Can always count on this hotel to meet my needs. It is convenient for my needs. The price is reasonable. Thew beds are comfortable. I will definitely return for future stays in the future. Two hundred characters to describe and review my stay is more than I need. It is a functional safe and clean place to stay when I... More

Came here without reservation in the late evening and managed to get a room despite the clerk literally didnt know anything.... when came to the room, it was + 84 degrees inside and once putting on the aircon, the sound is comparable to a 737 jet. Internet didnt work in the room, as it was promised & should. Had to... More

Their internet is S L O W ... I can't get any work done. Trying to log onto Quickbooks to do one simple task is impossible. Very frustrating. Also, this room is not great. The "kitchen" area has a weird smell I can't identify, and the curtains, carpet, and bedspread are very ugly. The bedding is outdated and reminds me... More

Chose Best Western because the rooms are usually above average for hotel chains. The Bedspreads were stained. Room had a funny smell. The breakfast was quite skimpy so we passed on it. Would not recommend this Best Western to others nor stay here again.

A comfortable reasonably priced hotel in Cloverdale on the North side of the Dry Creek Valley. Although small, it has a cute downtown. We went for a wine tasting event and did not try to use the hotel for more than just sleeping. Clean. Comfortable bed.

Stayed here during the Dry Creek Valley Passport wine tasting event. Location is convenient to Hwy 101 and seemed quiet. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and no problems experienced with plumbing, ac., etc. The rooms are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator (ours was inop and front desk was notified but nothing was done about it), free wireless, and cable tv.... Above average for a 2 star hotel. Large clean room with a decent bed and linen. Only complaint was the wifi was weak and couldn't connect with my Iphone, but got a connection on my kindle fire. Free breakfast was better than average and fresh coffee was available all day. Overall excellent value for the $$

Managers/owners really not very helpful. Fitness center, neither of the 2 machines worked properly. Appear to be cutting corners because not very busy, but a large property. Asked male manager about a TV guide. His answer was to flip through the channels. He clearly didn't understand me.

I'd like to say "you get what you pay for" with this relatively inexpensive hotel. But the quality of this place was even worse than I had expected. The walls were really thin, and the free breakfast really underwhelmed. The bread was dry and stale, and the coffee was pretty terrible. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here one night over the holiday period. Front desk not very professional. Room appeared clean except for smudgy handprints on the front door. Could have used one more blanket on the bed; had to sleep in my bathrobe to keep warm. Room had a fridge and microwave. Conveniently located. Did not hear any freeway noise.
