If you're looking for a high-end fancy hotel in the heart of Napa, this might not be for you. My husband and I had been to Napa and southern Sonoma county in the past and wanted to explore the northern, less touristy part of Sonoma county and surrounding area. This charming Victorian B&B (located about an hour and a half... More

1 / This is a guesthouse to practice high price, needs a serious remolding! 2 / With vineyards on the back, the double door doesn’t close properly, pushing the 2 door panels are opened, they have not fixation on the floor. 3 / But what we forget to say, the house is roadside and the traffic starts around 4 am.... Wow! Garage sale!! Really!!! I feel like I just got slapped in the face for offering a free upgrade from our cheapest room (a queen with DETACHED bath) to our most expensive, expansive, newly remodeled honeymoon suite with private deck, vineyard views, Jacuzzi tub for two, kitchenette, flat screen TV and sitting area. We've yet to EVER receive a COMPLAINT... More

Looking for an excellent place to start of your discovery of the Sanoma County wine areas? Look no further. This accommodation provides a charming small scale atmosphere. Start the day with a gourmet 3-course breakfast (from your cooks Susan and/or Roxanne) and you will have an excellent start of the day to taste some wines at the many wineries in... More

We had a wonderful visit to Auberge on the vineyard. Rooms were impeccable; view was great; food fantastic. Could not recommend stronger. Roxanne (Owner/Inn Keeper) was a great resource and wealth of knowledge about places to visit and the lay of the land. Be ready to be spoiled.

The outside of the B&B and the views are lovely, however not all the rooms are very nice. My room was severely outdated-- the sheets and comforter looked as if they were from the 1980s (we were a bit grossed out by them), the carpet looked old, the wallpaper was a depressing color of yellow), the toilet looked old, and... There's an old saying, "one man's trash is another man's treasure". Apparently what this reviewer considers "outdated", eg., antique claw foot tub and pull chain toilet and not to his/her taste, along with the other Victorian appointments like flowered wallpaper and carpets, is considered charming by most guests who visit and stay in our Victorian house. As for the bedding,... More

Beautiful setting and lovely old world main house. Antique furnishings are warm and comfortable. Great views of the garden and surrounding vineyards. The breakfasts are amazing and Roxanne is a wonderful chef and hostess. Her sense of humor started each morning with laugh. We will return to this lovely B&B.

My wife and I loved this place! The rooms were spacious, we had a great view of the vineyard. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be staying here again hands down.

My husband and I decided to come back to this perfect paradise as it is was 2 years since we visited this amazing B&B. Everything was absolutely amazing and I don't know how it is possible but we both feel as it is was even better than the first time. Roxanne, who is the owner and the creator of the... More

Food really good. Nice and friendly innkeeper and staff. The only downside was our room had a noisy air conditioner that cycled from high to low an kept waking us up. Innkeeper said she knew and would be fixing it in the near future. Innkeeper arranged for us to visit a nearby vineyard for a tour and tasting that was... More
