My wife and I stayed in Cloverdale at the English Tea Garden Inn for 5 nights in October of 2013. We were greeted each morning with fresh hot coffee, warm hospitality from the proprietors and good conversation from the other guests. Cindy provided a wide variety of creative and tasty breakfasts each morning. Her culinary skills are way above the... More

We traveled accross the US with my partner and we did several super pricey hotels but this house in the middle of the wine country was the best experience by far. The owners were so warm and made us really amazing breakfast every day. There is nothing wrong to say against this place, it is truly the best stay we... More

This was the last of our B&B experiences in the wine country. We stayed in the rose room which was separate from the main house. Nice comfortable room with a huge Jacuzzi tub separate from the bath. Not much seating in the room but a nice table and chairs outside to accommodate any cheese and wine tasting you might do.... More

This was the final B&B of our northern Californian road trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was booked at short notice but in some respects that made it all the better. We stayed in the rose room of the Carriage House Cottage, and it was delightful, very comfortable and with a shower with the emphasis on power. There's also... More

We were welcomed by the amiable owner, Gus, who gave us very helpful information on touring the wine country. We stayed in the Garden Rose room which is in the carriage house and was a nice room and very private. The grounds were in need of some TLC, possibly due to the summer heat, so it wasn't a five-star outdoor... More

My husband and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary by staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast. Gus, Cindy and Dave all made the stay beyond enjoyable and were always quick to offer suggestions when we asked for advice for wineries to visit, restaurants to eat at or just great places to see. We got a great LivingSocial deal and... More

Gus was very gracious and helpful on places to go in all the wine country. The food was good and the room nice. The drive to Napa and Sonama was great country roads with plenty of places to wine taste and eat. The Inn is located in North Sonama and the drive to Napa or Monterey is about the same.

This inn was quite a find. Gus and Cindy have a very well run facility and our room was much nicer than we expected. We stayed in the Cotton Rose room and it was quite comfortable. The yards were well taken care of and the breakfast was amazing. My wife and I left very pleased eager to get back and do... More

This Inn has lovely and hosts - Gus and Cindy - who freely offer their assistance and knowledge of the area, places and wineries to visit, restaurants, etc. The Inn is cozy, totally non-smoking, with a little garden available to guests....and afternoon tea and cookies. The speciality of this Inn are Cindy's fabulous breakfasts....abundant and delicious 3-course wonders that everyone... More
