Clean and nice hotel. Quality of rooms are good need newer towels and bed sheets. Breakfast is nice would be finish at 9:30 and toast machine is not working. Front desk, room service, manager and breakfast staff are great.

We checked in here for 3 nights and the room looked decent and freshly remodeled. There were ants everywhere in the bathroom and parts of the bed area. During the night there was activity taking place in the parking lot and in one room it looked like there was illegal activity going on. Cant confirm so I will not say... More

My family and I stayed in a hidden gem for the prior 2 nights and as my daughter's were having a blast at the beach we decided to stay in southern California just one more night. This last minute hotel makes u realize that an extra $20 a night makes a big difference. Now all complaints are small however after... More

The hotel is located on a convenient location in Chula Vista, close to Freeway 5 and 54. There is a convenience store and some restaurants across the street. And overall the room was comfotable and most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There is nothing bad about the staff, in fact they were very nice. This is about all the ancillary stuff. In all my experiences with Chula Vista this just solidified why I don't stay "south of the bay." The surrounding area is very run down. The parking is free and they do serve a complimentary breakfast. But let's be absolutely... More

A smile on the face of a reception staff when you arrive little before check-in time from long journey - and you are allotted clean room with best wi-fi signals. What more do you want? Cecilia was very helpful throughout our stay at this hotel. Sure to visit this hotel whenever I have a conference in San Diego area.

The room was a bit too small for me, it came with two queen beds, a desk, a fridge, bathroom counter and bathroom, it all felt too close together. Also, the trolley station is right next to the hotel so the noise woke me every time it went by early in the morning.

Stayed for San Diego Comic-Con. Being right next to the E Street Trolley station and freeway made it real easy to come and go to and from downtown San Diego. The room after tax was about $100 per/night which isn't bad considering you can split the room 4 ways and is relatively cheap for a room during Comic-Con. Would definitely... More
