parking is a little tight, but it is gated and safe. with every hotel would take notes on this design. one of the best layouts ever. stayed 11 nights. couldn't have asked for anything more. (other than an in room fridge) Chula Vista is not a great town, but if you have to be there, stay at the Hercor.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel ans it greatly exceeded our expectations. Nice safe area. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean, spacious, and beds extremely comfortable. Great location: walking distance to Chula Vista shopping center, restaurants, freeway I-5 and just minutes away driving  from Downtown. Incredible relation quality vs price.
