THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL ARE OBVIOUSLY OUTDATED. Stayed at this hotel this month... March 2009. Very bad experience. First, it was the night of a time change and my call came an hour late, which really complicated things. Although they had signs posted all over the hotel reminding everyone to spring forward, their own automated wake up call system did NOT work. It forced me to change my schedule for the whole day... AND when I came for breakfast BEFORE it was to end, I was told I was too late... although their own clock said otherwise. NEXT... hen I arrived the front lobby smelled terribly cigarette smoke. So, they had all corridor doors open to air out the place. Since it was below 50 outside you can assume the rooms were cool as well. BUT, THERE IS NO THERMOSTAT OR UNITS IN THE ROOMS. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where the heater was controlled at the front desk. When I called down I was offered another blanket. REALLY? This made me feel like I was in some... more
