I was here on business. I stay in about 25 to 30 hotels a year, have been doing so for 7 years, and rarely leave reviews, but the internet in this hotel is a third party company called Innflux. It doesn't work throughout the hotel on wireless, even if you have a full signal it boots you off. 5 guys... More

This hotel was very clean, nice looking and spacious. Our family stayed in a double queen room for two nights. The breakfast tasted amazing! The front desk staff as well as the breakfast staff were very friendly and nice. I would definitely stay here again or any Ayres Hotel on our next trip to California!!

We stayed here with the kids while my husband was on a business trip. The rooms were a good size and the bed was the best I have slept on in a long time. The mattress, the pillows, sheets, etc. were all just right. Having a microwave and fridge was nice when traveling with children. The breakfast was also one... More

I recently stayed at the Ayres this last weekend, and right from the start it was not a pleasant start. A group of us stayed at this hotel for the weekend for a wedding that was in Chino. We had a room block of i would say 8-12 rooms and not one of us were by each other. When checking... More

Nice hotel that is well worth the price. Clean, friendly, comfortable and it all comes with an impressive free hot breakfast. I booked this for my baseball team/family and we were well accommodated and were all completely satisfied with our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I took a trip to Chino Hills from Tucson to visit Calvary Chapel Chino Hills which is literally around the corner from the hotel and to visit the beach and we absolutely loved it! We made reservations online a month before and everything was perfect when we arrived. The rooms are very clean and the staff members... More

We stayed here for a tournament and the staff as well as Christopher the manager went above and beyond all expectations. Our girls had an early start time and they opened their breakfast area a little bit early so that they would have time to eat a little bit. The rooms were of great size. They had a microwave and... Just what a hotel should be... Located near local services... Great rooms... Complementary breakfast... Priced right! Only thing... Mattress too hard for this pillow-top lover:(. But very friendly and helpful staff especially front desk!

I could not be happier with the hotel and its staff. All were friendly and were able to accommodate last minute reservations for our softball families who decided to stay last minute. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and convenient for our very early softball games. Pool area was clean. Everything was great! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, the lobby is decorated very nicely and the staff was friendly. They offered a happy hour of drinks and snacks, a nice surprise. Breakfast was much more than we expected. They did a great job. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The only down side was that our... More
