At first glance, the double queen room looked tidy and clean. The bathroom was old. Kelly green and Lemon Yellow tile- but old is ok. Clean is what is important. No fridge, no micro.. but a big flat screen tv. There was hair in the bed, and mold in the shower. Housekeeping slacks on vacuuming also. There was a nice... more

I have stayed at this hotel every time I go to southern California, which is twice a year since 2004. This is the best place around if you are flying into Ont. All of the staff is friendly and willing to help in any way and like others have said the ladies who work the front counter are very friendly... more

We stayed 3 nights in October. The room was huge with a large closet, vanity area outside the bathroom, and large table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable with high end linens. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Very good value for the price. more

We booked this because it was half the cost of hotels actually in Claremont and it exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was freshly done in stone tile, the bed linens were state-of-the-art comforters wrapped in fresh duvets: nicer than home. It was in a good neighborhood of stores & family restaurants and only 5 miles up the hill to the... more

Price is comparable to Motel 6 but infinately more dignified. The front desk was very friendly and competent. My fiance and I have tried to book this hotel before and had difficulty. It must be popular. After my last stay, I rebooked immediately for my next trip to the area. THe artwork of local landmarks in the room was very... more

Very friendly and hospitable motel. The managers are great., responsive and helpful. This is definitely not on the upscale side of motels but it is clean, well maintained and seemed very safe. A continental breakfast was included with our stay. Overall it was a good value and I would stay there again. more

We acutally booked this hotel because the ones we wanted were completely booked. We were very pleasantly surprised. The office staff was great; seemed eager that the guest had a nice experience at the hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Wish they had microwave and frig but we could not complain at all. We were close, most within walking... more

My husband and I drove from San Diego to attend the Pomona Car Show and Swap Meet last Sunday. Wanting to get to the show early (4:00am) to ensure a good spot for our vehicle, we decided to drive up the day before and spend the night nearby. We wanted a hotel/motel that was inexpensive, clean, and convenient -- the... more

Very nice motel. We stayed two different times during a visit to California. Very clean, excellent comfortable beds. Very friendly checkin and maid staff. Continental breakfast was nice and sufficient. The property is beautifully landscaped and all in all we had a very pleasant stay. I would come here again and recommend to others. Room 212 was close in and... more

We stayed at this motel and it was nice. The front desk were polite and the rooms were clean. There's no fridge or microwave in the room though. Other than that , if your going to be in or around Chino and looking for something with reasonable rates and restaurants nearby , I would recommend it. We would stay there... more
