During my stay some of the employees where very rude and just didn't show interest in taking the job seriously, other such as Erin and Andrew were both very friendly and always very helpful. House keeping never cleaned the rooms well and sometimes they wouldn't even show up.

Our experience here has been very disappointing. The worst thing was that they are out of 2 beds rooms and therefor placed us in a single "queen" bed room. The "queen" is really a double bed. Our room was a non smoking room in the same hallway as the smoking rooms. The manager assured us that it should be okay... More

This is an excellent hotel for a business trip. Hotel staff are very professional, polite and helpful. The WiFi stinks but fortunately there was an 800 help line number. Grab and go breakfast is simple muffin, apple or orange and coffee or tea.

After a less than great stay at the BW in D Bar, I was here for one night at a price much less than the BW. Boy what a difference. Great room and bed. While I know that ESA's breakfasts are much more than a muffin and coffee, I was fine with that for one night. It would be cool... More

This chain has really turned for the worse. Now not even the basic's are supplied. NO TV channel guide, no note pad or pen, no coffee pot. And the internet service here is really bad even though I paid for the upgrade... Last night when I was walking to the elevator I realized there were two different rooms that had... More

No complaints - reasonably priced, clean rooms, friendly staff - what more could you ask for. The room was a little worn, but the bed was comfortable and bath very clean. We were in 139 and it had a full fridge and stove - could cook in room if we needed to. Lot's of part time residents, but adjacent area... More

If you're looking for a reasonably upscale room that comes equipped with a kitchen and a full GIANT fridge, look no further. For the price, nothing beats Extended Stay.. I hate the janky motels and overpriced places.. especially if you're just staying for one night, but ESA-Chino does a great job in finding that balance or affordability and quality. I... More

Overall the hotel is not bad. Rooms are OK but quite old, would need a renovation. Cleanliness was OK as well and staff was really friendly. What I would change is the fire alarm system. Fire alarm went off aT 2.30 in the night because of a guest who was cooking. Come on! Something must be wrong here. Breakfast was... More
