Marriott knows how to do hospitality and it really shines here. Every detail gets attention. I only stayed one night but I wouldn't hesitate to stay a week or a month. One of the best experiences in all my travels. more

We love this hotel it is our favorite hotel and mostly due to the large rooms/suites and the friendly dining room attendants. The front desk staff really depends on who you get, we have had issues with some not being very knowledgeable in their jobs to others who are great! This is a great hotel for a budget as well... more

I have been staying at this place periodically for the past few years. I only had one poor experience and they made it right immediately. This is a much better place than the Courtyard, which shares a parking lot. Happy hour (free of charge) staff are always friendly and attentive. Staff at the free breakfast are equally pleasant and attentive.... more

We booked this hotel through Priceline (name your own price) and got it for $50. When we called around, we found each and every hotel over $100, so we thought (right off the bat) what a great price we got. Check in was super fast and friendly. The lobby warm and welcoming and the elevator fast. The room was a... more

This is a typical Residence Inn with all the Marriott quality that you would come to expect...Rooms are big, clean, and everything working. Staff is friendly and efficient. We've stayed here on several occasions in the Chico area and for a suite type hotel, it is heads and shoulders above the Oxford suites. The only minor gripes are the same... more

Far below Marriott standards and the management couldn't care less. Very frustrating to get even basic services. Anyone other than the many tired construction workers should stay away. Very noisy near the highway. Breakfast is awful! Best not to make this your choice in Chico! more

I stayed in a King suite and just loved the size of the room and all of the amenities of the Residence Inn. The breakfast was a standard buffet but with many choices. I didn't have any trouble with the wireless connection or its speed at several different times during my stay. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. more

I stay at lots of Marriott properties. This is my least favorite this year. I usually have very good experiences. Not here. The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms very large for the money. But the clients who stay here seem a bit edgy. The place has the feel of a prison half way house with lots of folks... more

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It's conveniently located off 99 and Skyway (to Paradise). My room was handicap accessible and very large. There was a full kitchen, sofa and chair. The room was clean and the furniture looked relatively new. A complimentary breakfast is served every morning and was very adequate. You are just a few... more

Nice, clean, modern facilities. Friendly staff. Full breakfast included (not continental!). I had a nice suite with kitchenette. This hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping with downtown less than five minutes away. You will be satisfied with your stay here. more
