The service was awful from the very beginning. We could hear the noise from the traffic all night, making it impossible to sleep. The bathrooms were horrible and ugly. We didn't even want to take a shower. They were old, small, and scary. Our family was itchy all night from the beds. The bedding looked like it was found on... more

We are reviewing your complaint and will now be updating our bedding package to compliment our Serta Pillow Top beds. Again, sorry about your experience and the noise. We will do everything we can to fix these problems.
bugs crawling on bedside table...worst internet connection in 6 months..no restaurants within walking distance...next to highway 99...very noisy more
Thank you for your comments and for staying with us at Howard Johnson in Ceres. I'm very sorry for your experience and I have taken steps to resolve these issues. We have changed our internet provider and extended the strength of our wireless signal. We have also change our pest control provider and increase our pest control room coverage quota...
Came here because another hotel was horrible downtown, boy was i glad! The owner cares about his hotel, it was clean, bedding nice, pool, jacuzzi, little breakfast, coffee, close to transportation, highway, it was a pretty place and one felt safe there. We are booking this for our biblical conference again this year as well...you will like it too! more
