Excellent stay, unfortunately for only one night since that's all the time we had to sneak away. It's a great place to get away for a weekend since I live within an hour. The Champagne Room was all I expected and more, clean, romantic, the rainshower and the two person tub were both wonderful features. Sitting outside in the evening... more

This is the fourth time we've stayed at the Sunset Inn, and we have never been disappointed. The attention to detail and pride of ownership are obvious, and the sleepy little town is always a welcome escape. We're just worried about too many people discovering Cayucos and the Sunset Inn! more

My husband and I stayed at this Inn because we wanted a romantic getaway. We stayed in the Sunset Room and it is absolutely incredible! There is a jacuzzi tub for two and an awesome shower! The milk and cookies are a nice touch and the food is delicious. This place is money well spent. You will not be disappointed... more

Adam and I had an amazing time staying at the Sunset Bed and Breakfast! Judy showed us around and took us to our room – she did a wonderful job introducing us to everything. The breakfast was exquisite - very good food and service! The wine and snacks were great at night - it was very fun to meet the... more

Very well managed property with high maintenance standards. Be aware, there is no elevator and most desirable rooms are upstairs. more

We celebrated our anniversary at this restful and welcoming B&B. It certainly lived up to its reputation and prior reviews. We stayed in the Paradisio room, which was spacious and with a great deck and view of the sunsets. Located close to great restaurants and a short walking distance to the beach. A very relaxing stay in a charming, informal... more

The champagne room was so roomy and with plenty of accommodations. I enjoyed the whirlpool bath and the shower. The fireplaces made the rooms so cozy and convenient to use. They had free DVD movies to watch, they provided ice water, milk and cookies. They provided free appetizers which we did not use because we were going to dinner and... more

When you read consistently great reviews on trip advisor, and book based on those reviews, you sometimes wonder if any property can possibly be that good. The answer is YES! Lisa and her staff are fantastic. The inn itself is beautiful. We have stayed at 5 star hotels and B&B's throughout the US and Europe. This B&B stacks up with... more

This is the best B & B you will find anywhere! The small California Beach Towns are disappearing, but you can recapture the magic of a small, funky, & fun beach town in Cayucos, and there isn't any better place to stay and experience it than the Sunset Inn. Lisa and her staff provide impeccable service! They think of, and... more

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here during our honeymoon and were excited to book it for a second stay for some long overdue R&R. We stayed in the same suite (Sunset) and it looked just as we remembered it 5 years earlier (which is a good thing). It was well maintained and the attention to detail we... more
